Strong smell to batana oil, a little acidic, but you can tell that it's organic and the real thing. I wish I could use Batana oil as it seems very promising. but my eyes react to strong smells.

I have tried MANY versions of Batana and prefer this oil to the thicker salves out there. The oil and bottle tip makes for very easy application where I want it to go! I have hair loss from age and from alopecia and while there is no cure for that, I am all about perserving what I DO have and maintaining a healthy scalp. I use Rosemary oil alot and this has been my second 'go to' for scalp therapy. I use it after every shower and it absorbs fast. I have noticed no itchy scalp and with the rosemary, I have hair growth in places that were bald as a baby's bottom. Its like sparse soft baby hair but its not like it replaced hair missing entirely (no cure) but it shows the power of consistent care promotes growth regardless. Also there is no weird smell I got from other products. Normally a nutty scent is there and with this oil it is the lightest nutty scent. So far I more than like it but prefer it.

I have thinning hair that is limp and seems to be getting limper. I feel like using this may drag my hair down even more. I have not left it on overnight. Just for a couple of hours before shampooing. I doubt I will use it enough to be able to tell for that reason alone- any oil added to my hair makes it even flatter. I scrub like crazy after applying it so maybe it's my imagination that it leaves my hair too flat.

This is a nice haircare oil in a liquid form. It is easy to apply to my scalp by gentle massage. As instructed, I would do that half an hour before shower, leaving the oil being absorbed by the scalp. This oil has a light fragrant similar to coffee. That would be washed away after shower. The oil will also be absorbed by the hairs, especially those closed to scalp. The effect on hair is clear, with a soft feeling and shining appearance. As indicated on the webpage, batana oil has a lot of nice nutrition for the hair. With regular usage, it should help vitalize the hairs and make them growing well.
