Fantastic product. The large UPVC windows in my house were almost impossible to clean till we bought ECOVACS Winbot 2. Easy to use , efficient cleaning and saves lot of time and effort.

Design is superb honestly, you must buy it if your house have large window and flat window not with partition. Cleaning solution is expensive but dilution is okay. Mopping pad must be replaced if worn out. One thing to note that it might create scrates if something sticky or stone type of thing fixed on it , treat a little first , and i think that’s necessary only sometimes when windows are too dirty . It works good in fast mode even on outer windows. Reference image is attached for its cleanliness. Noise level are okay. Can use tape water and I think you should for it’s sensitivity for nozzle spray , it works and charge in simple power adaptor.

I recently bought the Winbot W2 Omni, and I couldn’t be happier. Setup was simple, the design is intuitive, and it attaches securely to windows and glass doors without hassle. It’s lightweight and easy to move between surfaces. I use it every two weeks to clean floor-to-ceiling windows, wardrobe glasses, shower glass, and even large mirrors — and it performs flawlessly. It leaves insignificant watermarks, handles edges and corners well, and the battery life and runtime are excellent. The service is a bit clumpsy though especially with frootle, took some 2 weeks for instllation. by then I had used it multiple times. Not sure if something breaks how long will it take to fix with this response lag. Time will tell Bonus: you can use and charge it at the same time. We live near the ocean, so keeping windows clean from seagull droppings was a constant challenge. Professional cleaning didn’t last long, and manual cleaning was tiring and streaky. The Winbot solved it all. Now, I get crystal-clear glass anytime without ladders or supplies. The “different modes fast ,through , edge , cleaning works great, if that’s not enough can do custom cleaning with remote (via app), and safety features like strong suction, a rope, and a stable base make it trustworthy. Pro tip: Get few pieces of ecovac cleaning pads — swapping clean pads speeds things up especially if external windows needs to be cleaned. Visitors always notice our spotless glass. Just buy it. You’ll thank yourself. Ecovac doesnt provide any service in India. I think service is provided by Frootle which may be bit sloppy. Took 2 weeks to give the demo by then I have already cleaned my windows multiple times. Hopefully same doent happen if there is any issue.

Tenía trabajando mi Winbot W2 Omni sin problemas por casi un año, pero de repente dejó de funcionar, al parecer es una rueda, he buscado soporte para mexico pero al parecer no existe y no se quien me pueda ayudar y no hemos utlizando tanto el robot como para que se hubiera descompuesto por sobretrabajo

I am a disappointed. According to reviews this is the best window cleaner but it only cleans 60% of the windows so only 3 stars. It leaves streaks everywhere. It cleans windows and mirrors but they are definitely not completely clean. Even a little dirty window can not be cleaned completely. Suitable for cleaning very dirty windows a little. Will continue to use, but disappointed with the final result at all.
