The Helping Hand Company Long Handled Shoe Horn (21"/53cm)

Are you like me, unable to bend to put shoes on? Now I no longer have to as I have purchased a long shoe horn from the Helping Hand Company. Great for shoes and boots. A really great helping hand for my feet!

This is my second purchase. Very easy to use as you can stand up or sit on a chair/bed to put shoes/boots on. Also makes putting on new shoes very easy.

What is there to say about a shoe horn! There are no rough edges or sharp bits due to a poor mould/press. The hole at the top and supplied loop is useful. It's of a decent thickness so doesn't feel like it will snap/bend any time (but not so thick to make it uncomfortable in the shoe). The length is good, meaning it can be used standing up, and minimises excessive bending if sitting down. Only possible 'down side' is the colour! At least it's easy to find/see! Light and, being yellow easy to find - Ideal for post hip replacement operation - probably not something that will last for years but not expensive and - who knows - I might be proved wrong.

Excellent shoe horn. With my arthritis I am finding it difficult to bend down to put shoes on. This longer handle shoe hirn is perfect as no longer need to bend. So handy I’ve bought 2

I tried a more expensive long shoe horn from amazon (reviewed) - it had a handle and shaft a bit like a golf club, then a spring, then a metal shoe horn bit. Trouble was when the shoes were tight the shoe horn bit would come off. This is a much better product. It works. It feels durable. There are no bits to come off. You'll never have to bend over again. Unless you need to to take the shoes off... Never mind 'm going to get a couple more and leave them in strategic places. (Mine was red, by the way)

I bought this shoe horn because of its moderate price and its extra length. When it arrived, I discovered that, unlike the picture of it, it has a very pronounced curve, which effectively shortens its length and makes it more awkward to use than the other straight show horn I have. I would have bought something else, if I had known. I am six foot tall and find the following straight product better to use: Shoe-String Black 23" Plastic Shoe Horn at a lower price.

Really good quality product- I’ve bought too many of these which prove to be overly flexible/flimsy. This is sturdy, well made, good length and way the best I’ve bought.

Never knew a long-handled​ shoe horn could make such a huge difference in putting on my difficult shoes.
