Absolutely incredible phone; Sim worked with no issues whatsoever
This is my first smart flip phone and I'm already in love. Note that in the listing it does say "AT&T Unlocked." Some reported issues in reviews however I just put my sim card in, powered on the phone, went through setup, and everything just worked so yes, these are unlocked devices. The price for last year's Motorola flagship is great, even as a refurbished device. Mine was stated as in 'excellent' condition and it looks brand new, not a knick or scratch or anything on it. The vegan leather backing feels great in your hand however I always opt to put mine in a case for added protection. The 4" external display is amazing....apps just work on the external display without any issue. I watch a lot of stream on Twitch and I can watch them on the external display! I imagine that I'm rarely gonna need to actually open the phone to do what I need to do on my phone. I am in absolute love with this phone. I had one of the original Razr's back in the day and Motorola is truly following up their past excellence with this rebirth of the Razr. Just get this phone!!!!

Great phone
Had trouble trying to activate the eSIM, but when I got a SIM card works perfectly fine. Ordered good, but it’s in great condition and battery life is great as well.

Wasn't properly tested or reset
Bought this refurbished and it came with a business admin installed that I couldn't override. Seems like it was a T-Mobile demo model or something, so it restarted and deleted all my apps/customization after I had it halfway set up. Wasted some of my free e-sim switches from my carrier, and I couldn't actually explain the issue when I contacted "support" so I won't get a refund for another 2-4 weeks. If you're looking for a refurbished phone, just go on Backmarket. They actually test their items before shipping them out. As for the phone, my partner has this model and loves it, so I would recommend it as long as you're buying it new or from a different refurbisher.

Great Phone
Great phone. Was fully unlocked and very easy to put in my sim card. Phone works great, and the seller is very helpful with any questions.

Excellent Condition is More Like Good Condition, That's Okay!
Overall, the phone came in "good" condition. For "Excellent" condition quality, I wouldn't say it was "Excellent," but it is fine because I have a case over it, so it's not too much of an issue for me. Some things to note on the quality of the phone's condition. - Has a preinstalled screen protector - It was heavily scratched, but it can't be seen when interacting with the phone, only when it is off. - Chips and paint off around the hinge are very small, but can be seen - The leather on the phone was worn out and rubbed out on the sides, where you would technically hold the phone - One small scratch on the front screen (this one wasn't too bad) Honestly, for the price, though I'm not too mad, I got this phone and a nice case for under $300 after taxes, which is a steal. Granted, it's a 2024, but it works just like new with little to no lag. A lot of the cosmetics are hidden by the case I got in the same color, so it's not a huge issue, but I did take a star off due to all the markings for an "excellent" condition phone. The phone was wiped, came with a charging USBC to USBC for the phone, and one of those little pin-opening keys to insert your SIM card. Mine was, in fact, unlocked! It was an unlocked T-Mobile version (that's what the packaging said). The phone is intuitive and boots up quickly. Very low battery, so I've had it charging most of the day. I think this is more of a phone problem, but it takes 2-4 hrs for the phone to fully charge. I don't think this phone has fast charging as we see with the Samsungs and IPhones. Again, not too picky on this as I got it for a low price. The front screen is extremely convenient; you can literally do anything you need on the front screen alone. I have found that due to the small real estate, I do have to open my phone if I'm going to type long messages. However, if it's something short, I don't mind using the front screen and really love it because while I'm at work, it looks inconspicuous for the most part. I love the short form factor of the phone, and it's super compact. It fits with my personal phone in my purse, and it's perfect. Very light in terms of weight. Being able to control my music from the front screen is a game-changer as music is my life, and I have music on ALL the time, even if through earbuds. The finger sensor works better than my Samsung when unlocking the phone, and it's quick to open and do what I need it to do. The camera shows everything. This is a good thing, but when I say everything, I mean every wrinkle, crevice, and blackhead. I was shocked at the camera quality on this thing. My Samsung is a bit better, but this is a close second. I would feel confident using this camera for quick photos and vlogging for sure. With the Motorola UI it is very user intuitive, and I would say this would be a great phone for anyone just getting into Android, its a super easy interface. The customization options through the UI are a bit bland, but you can spice things up with the Google Play Store to make the phone uniquely yours. I spent about an hr doing this, and really happy with my phone now in terms of the aesthetic. I don't like that there isn't a Motorola store app where you can buy or get new fonts and backgrounds to further customize, but that's a Motorola thing. Guess I'm a bit spoiled with Samsung haha. Overall, the phone is super cute. I got it in pink, and I am loving it so far. The compactness of it is my favorite thing. It's just a nice piece of tech and still works well for 2024. I'm overall very happy with my purchase, and with the case, it is perfect! I hope this helped someone in terms of whether or not they should get it. I definitely say take the plunge, the phone is fast, and I noticed little to no lag when scrolling.

Great buy for the price!
I was skeptical at 1st being as how I never bought a not brand new phone. I was going to get the same phone brand new from boost who is my provider and it was $500. So then I went looking on here and I found the same one for $280 that was like brand new. I got my phone & it is in great working condition,no scratches,no bumps or anything & it was carrier unlocked so I was able to connect it to my boost service and it has been working great. Best buy I could have gone with.

Very functional, but very fragile! And expensive to fix!
After less than a year of owning, the screen protector started to peel on its own. And it got to the point where it bubbled so bad, that it made the phone unusable... I tried to take it into a repair person, who absolutely could not figure out the screen protector I had purchased, could not get it to stick to the phone, etc... as a result, I had to forgo using a screen protector altogether, which led to me eventually bumping the screen (not even that hard) and it now has a cluster of dead pixels that is extremely distracting. I ended up replacing this phone altogether because it was actually cheaper to start a payment plan for a whole new phone then it was to get this one's screen fixed, because the screens alone cost like $200! Additionally, despite several sources saying that this can be used with straight talk, it could not. I had to switch to boost Mobile in order to use it. Otherwise? This is a fun and very functional phone and I've had a blast with it. The screen has clear visuals, you can't even see the fold crease, there is a lot of fun features, etc. however, it does have some trouble connecting in places where the signal is weaker. Like, places I could have used the phone I had before this one, I suddenly could not get a signal at all with this one. But hey, if you live in an area where there aren't a lot of dead zones or close to dead zones, you should be fine. Battery life is decent, but if you're running big apps that take a lot of space or processing, the battery drains really quickly. With all of that in mind, if you decide to get this phone, make sure that you also get some screen protectors. And do keep in mind that not every phone repairman is going to know how to apply them... It is very frustrating that a phone was such an expensive screen absolutely needs a protector or a small little thing is going to ruin the whole thing. I suppose that wouldn't be such a bad thing if the protector it came with didn't start to peel on its own. If it weren't for that detail, I would still consider this worth the purchase despite the other nitpicks. But really, it's not. Though for the price, I'm sure some people could use this to hold themselves over for a few months while they saved up for one of the phones that's over $1,000 or something. Just be very careful if you use this, and don't give it to your younger kid. As for me I don't have any kids and was very considerate and careful with it and it still fell to what I can only assume is planned obsolescence.

Moto Razr+ 2024
I am very happy with my Moto Razr+. Been a long time Samsung user and it was very easy to transition. It's a fun phone and so far does everything that I need it to and more.
