Perfect mini washing machine
This mini washing machine works very well. Washes my clothes very clean. The spin dry gets all the water out. Took up little space in my bathroom. Very easy to move, lightweight.

Best purchase for a small space
One of the biggest struggles with having a small space is the absence of a washer and dryer. For years we would load up what needed washing, haul it to a laundromat or friends house, and lug it back. The process is fine and just part of life, but I was getting really burned out. So when I saw this washer I took a chance, saved up, and purchased it. It is a LIFESAVER. There are some quirks to it (if a bubble gets into the pump line you have to lay the hose on the ground and let it flow out, be mindful of lint when draining, use the right soap [Molly's suds is amazing], etc.), but it is absolutely perfect in my mind. The spinner on the unit gets everything essentially dry and then we just hang dry our clothes the rest of the way. Highly recommend- especially for parents who are constantly needing to wash little outfits and dont want to leave the house every time.

Not renter friendly, turns laundry into a real chore
A friend of mine recommended this washer and it genuinely hurt our friendship. I hate the laundromat more than anything, but sometimes it's easier to just suck it up instead of using this machine. If that's not really an option for you, just be prepared for more work than an automatic washer/dryer. If you have other options, do yourself a favor and take them. There's always a little water left in the machine that the pump can't drain out. I took this apart and it was full of mold after a year of use. This is likely more of an issue because I live in a humid area, so maybe it'd be fine if you live in the desert. The hoses provided are pretty flimsy and I doubt they'd last as long as the machine. Several times the water pressure knocked the hose out of my bathtub, spilling water onto the floor. One time it happened when I was in the other room, flooding my bathroom and the apartment downstairs. You need to have this somewhere like a basement with a drain in the floor. I had to buy a filter to catch lint coming out of the drain hose because it was clogging the plumbing. There's a lint filter in the wash tub, but it catches virtually nothing and is just another area that gets moldy. The machine will be wet after use, so plan to wipe it down and keep the lids open until the tubs are dry. I chose capacity based on the size of my shower tub, so I have to do laundry more frequently than usual. Definitely be cautious buy this noise is a concern. It's loud and my neighbors next door and downstairs can hear it even in an old brick building with plaster walls. With damages to my apartment building, it cost me way more in the end than just going to the laundromat. I've never regretted a purchase more.

Great laundry set up while barely losing any space
Was great for my small space. Washer got clothes nice and clean, and spinner got them close to dry. Combined with a retractable clothesline and you've got a great laundry set up while barely losing any space

For a small inexpensive machine, it is pretty mighty.
So far so good. I hooked it up with no problem except for an issue with the washer side lid where the little flange that hooks into the lid was too long so I just snipped it and was able to fix that problem right away. Iโm on my second load of laundry. The spinner works great and clothes come out almost dry. The washer seems to work really well. The drain works well I havenโt had any problems. I already had attachment to my faucet. That is a hook up for garden hoses and the fill hose fit right over that I have a large drying rack and so far all is good. I decided to go with a cheaper machine and Iโm glad I did. I did not want anything with complicated knobs, etc. this is all manual and Iโll be honest, itโs kind of fun to use - really nice to have my own private washer in my apartment instead of using the communal laundry in my building and no quarters. My hot water is included in my rent, so Iโm not going out of pocket for water either. I would recommend purchasing this at this point . Not fancy, but it does the job. Hopefully it holds up for a while. The only reason why Iโm not giving it five stars is that I had to modify the knob to get the lid down, which really is a minor issue but nonetheless it should have been machined properly and met inspection standards. It is not noisy. If itโs perfectly in my kitchen and attaches both the fill hose and the drain hose on my sink. I think the quality is pretty high. If youโre doing laundry in an apartment with communal washers and want to get away from that. I highly recommend this product. Itโs not too big. The only thing is that you have to piecemeal the clothes into the spinner but honestly, this is taking me less time than using the apartment laundry. By yourself, a big collapsible drying rack and be done with spending money on laundry. This machine allows me to do small loads easily. UPDATE: I now have using the washer for at least a month. Hereโs where we are now. I still recommend this little Machine. Be warned that you have to stay with the machine while youโre filling it and spinning. It does not automatically turn off the water entering the washer side. If you donโt watch it, youโre gonna have a flood! I know from experience I live on a ground floor with no one underneath me so no damage was done other than me having to clean up a lot of of water. It washes clothes really well and the pump that drains the machine usually works well itself, however do not overload the spin side. If you overload it, youโre gonna have water on the floor. I think itโs a good idea to give the mechanism a break so that it doesnโt overheat. I have not experienced overheating but I can see where that would happen. In my opinion after having the machine for a while I think itโs a good buy and I think itโs very efficient, but you have to learn how to finesse the machine. You can wash sheets but spin them one at a time. The spinner is very powerful and it is true that your clothes come out almost dry. You can wash bath mats easily, but I donโt recommend putting them into the spinner. For the price this has worked out very well for me so far.

Fit the need while I was in an apartment
This was fantastic! Saved me SO much on laundry bills while I was in an apartment without in unit laundry. Definitely remember to rinse at least 4 times though because soap residue destroyed socks over the year that I used this machine, but the wringer half works like a charm even with a large heavy blanket.

Held up so far
Like many products, this one has a specific purpose and a target customer: someone who needs a portable washer because the communal laundry in their building is terrible, or their apartment simply doesn't have one. There are more convenient portable washers on the market, but they require more installationโif you can find a way to fill it (it could be pouring buckets of water into it, or any other method) and a place to drain it, this washer will work for you. It's not the least bit convenient or easyโthat's why it's called a semi-automatic washing machine. If you don't match that description, do not buy it. I recommend draining it into the shower on a flat surface to prevent flooding the bathroom, especially if you're filling from a hose. If the drain is not elevated, it can prevent overfilling. Since it's somewhat of a hassle, the bigger the machine, the more clothes you can get done in one go. So look at the measurements and figure out what's the maximum size that works for your space. Whenever I feel like "this machine is so much work," I remember that I bought it because I'm a low-income individual living in a small space. But then I also remember that there are people around the globe still washing clothes by handโand when I remember that, it doesn't feel as bad.

Strong Machine old stuff
Machine has two separate water inlets old system. It is not like one touch operation you have to wash and then dry clothes manually

I regret this purchase
at first I was pleased with the purchase but after less than 10 washes, it leaked all over my floor. My last washer was similar by Giantec but I wanted to upgrade to a pump drain so I didn't have to lift it into the tub. I regret this purchase. May try and sell and put money towards another Giantec. Update: Seller reached out to make this situation right for me. As a result will change the review from 2* to 4*
