So it’s good to me it might give you a free bowl movement but not diarrhea I’m going to continue to use it and see if it will help my joints

May Cause Diarrhea
I have noticed when taking this supplement that I have had diarrhea, I checked the ingredients and see Magnesium Stearate which can cause diarrhea so I have lost confidence in this product.
