Well, I am impressed. The outer layer of the mug is actually divided into two pieces, upper and lower; you can see the wavy dividing line on the product image. This is because the bottom of the mug has a large suction cup (not terribly powerful, but definitely sufficient for the task) that does indeed keep the mug from turning over--and the bottom section of the mug is attached to the suction cup. However, when you grab the top part of the mug and lift, it's just as if there were no suction cup; it lifts with ease. Dexam, let me know if you ever decrease the price on these--I can think of several folks who would enjoy these as gifts.

Sweet idea. it really suction cups to a flat surface and it's hard to nudge it over! obviously you can punch it to knock it over but it works great. I like the mouth opening, easy and clean to drink from. Keeps my contents warm for a couple hours. Cool gift idea.

The bottom is very short to make a good contact when the surface is a little dirty, it just don't arrange.

So disappointed. This mug does NOT stick very well. Works about 5% of the time. I will be returning it. Save your money.

This has got to be one of, if not, the best travel mug on the market, not only the main selling point of this (the suction cup and the small segment of the mug used to firmly plant the mug on smooth surfaces), fully works, even if I apply some force. This specific option of the Mighty Mug family holds almost half a litre of either your favourite hot and cold drink whilst not having to worry about the mug being too hot or cold to hold (fans of Starbuck's Venti size option need not worry, as this travel mug is large enough to have Venti drinks, even benefitting you with their 25p discounts for bringing in your own travel mugs). If you think it is too large or want something that is better geared towards being used in the home rather than being something to take with you everywhere, you have nothing to worry about, as there are different options to choose from, with several variations of the Mighty Mug being sold from the Mighty Mug (MM) website, plus an additional variation not sold on the website that is more of a mug for use at home than on the go. The lid on the mighty mug is leak proof, and it is easy to open the top of the lid to have a drink, then close it again without having to remove the entire lid. The mug is even surprisingly durable, an aspect that has not been mentioned on the product details as someone I know decided it would be "funny" to place the mug on a sliding door window, the mug fell off, yet suffered absolutely no damage to it externally and internally both on the mug itself and the lid, not even any scratches or further forms of cosmetic damage, adding further significant emphasis to the 'Mighty' in Mighty Mug. To close out, the Mighty Mug not only excels in introducing a proof of concept that works from the perspective of the end user, but pulls no punches in making it the true replacement to the conventional travel mug.

Ich Liebe diesen Becher einfach! Da ich ein absoluterTollpatsch bin und mir mehr als einmal mein Kaffee über denTisch gelaufen ist, wollte ich den Mighty Mug haben. Am Boden des Bechers befindet sich ein Saugnapf, der sich aufgrund des Becherdrucks auf einer Oberfläche festsaugt. Dadurch kippt er nicht um . Ein einziger Nachteil hat der Becher aber: Ein wirklicher Thermobecher ist esn nicht, da es doch recht schnell an Wärme verliert. Da mir aber das "nicht umfallen" wichtiger ist, ziehe ich für den Punkt kein Stern ab.

La sua peculiarità è fenomenale e funziona davvero! Non casca. Forse viene penalizzata la capienza interna ed il materiale usato potrebbe essere più nobile o comunque migliore al tatto.

I've been using this flask at work for a week now, and I'm really happy with it. It is, indeed, tip-proof when you accidentally knock it (as I have a habit of doing), but only if the base is clean and on a flat surface - any dirt or crumbs on the base will stop the tip-proof system from working. The flask itself has also kept my tea warm for up to 1.5hrs - 2hrs after brewing. Make sure the lid is screwed on tightly though to prevent leaking.

Einfach nur klasse. Kein Umfallen mehr, wenn der Becher auf recht glatte Unterlagen gestellt wird. Hoffentlich hält der Saugnapf darunter auch ein paar Jahre und wird nicht porös. Zurzeit jedenfalls voll des Lobes.
