Exceeded my expectations!!!
My fiancé and I live in a very small one bedroom apartment. My biggest worry was thinking that this couch would be too big. But it’s not, it’s absolutely perfect and I love it! Not too big, not too small, just right! It didn’t come with any instructions, but it was easy to put together once I had all the pieces. All five boxes arrived on the same day so I wasted no time putting them together. There was a label that told me where to find the backrest for the middle piece, I just had to unzip and put it together. Best decision I’ve ever made! I used one extension cord with multiple plugs to get this thing going, and it works like a charm. The buttons allow you to slowly raise and lower the leg part to your desired height, and when I was searching for a recliner, this is the feature I was looking for that sold me. Other recliners have a lever that opens to one set height and I didn’t want that. It’s comfortable, clean and I love the design. The sellers really did an amazing job packaging this recliner. The boxes literally tell you which side to open first to make it easier for you to unpack the product, you just have to read and inspect the boxes. The blue lights at the foot of each recliner lights up perfectly to give us the full theater experience. Because my fiancé had to work, I put this together myself and it wasn’t too bad, however if you have a hard time lifting slightly heavy objects you may need someone else to help you. Definitely worth the price and when we buy our forever home, I will certainly be coming back to purchase a few more for our home theater!

Very pleased but they could have made it easier.
I've just finished assembling two sets of the two-seat recliners, and in general, I like them very much, and I'm excited to start using them in my home theater. The only thing on the minus side is that no instructions were given as regards assembly. Now, if you take a moment, unbox everything (it's well marked as regards "left" and "right" and such), it wasn't that bad to puzzle out. So I'll share a couple of things to make your task easier, if you see this... 1. Absolutely unbox everything first and sort of lay it out in its final position. The finished product, once assembled, is a bit unwieldy so get it as close to its final resting place as possible so you're not doing much pushing and pulling. It should also be pretty easy to disassemble down the road, if that matters to you. It does to me, because I'm probably going to change the carpet at some point. 2. No actual tools are required for this assembly; it all pretty much slides together. The seat pieces are a bit heavy so have that second set of hands if that's a thing for you because you'll have to lift the heavy piece a couple of times to slide the arm rests in. 3. There will be two short metal pieces, packaged loose from any of the furniture components, that were not immediately clear as regards their purpose. They are for the center back piece. They slide into the center console and then you mount the center back in much the same way you'll mount the two chair backs. 4. There are several power related elements that need to be connected behind the chairs. They come out of the two side arm rests and the seat. Try and pull them out so you have some slack as you're putting things in place; the way they go together is obvious but they pack it such that they don't really stick out much unless you make the effort. Everything fit together quite nicely. Even brand new, they're pretty comfortable, and they'll certainly break in to be even more so. Stitching and workmanship appear to be quite good. The motor to raise the recliner was acceptably quiet. There was a lot of "leather against leather" noise the first time I tried it but again, I'm sure some breaking in will resolve that. To summarize, I am quite satisfied with this purchase, on first inspection and use. I'll update this a bit down the road with comments about durability. I'd recommend, and if I had any darned room for more, I'd get them.

Comfortable and worth the money!
We shopped around quite a bit and did our research before landing on this loveseat. It came delivered less than a week after ordering. It came in 5 separate boxes; all were delivered at the same time. When opening, my husband accidentally cut through the box and sliced the padding on the center console 😣. We reached out to the seller and explained the situation. We also offered to buy a replacement lid for the center console, as well as pay for any shipping charges. They very promptly responded and let us know they would replace not just the lid, but THE WHOLE CENTER CONSOLE! - at no charge to us, AND we received it within 4 days!! The loveseat was very easy to assemble. So easy, in fact, that we had it all assembled before we found the assembly instructions in the armrest storage. It is very comfortable; no springs, just memory foam. The theater lighting along the bottom is cool. The armrest storage is very convenient and spacious. The only downside, which is not a deal breaker, is that the controls are on the inside of the seat. When my dogs are on my lap, their butts sometimes lower the foot rest or turn on the lights 😂. Absolutely stellar customer service!! Would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

Nice theater or gaming chair with a smaller footprint.
I definitely like this chair in spite of a few problems and caveats. firstly. fed ex delivered this to the wrong address. so that was fun. the only true con IMO is that there is no USBC (which I can't believe I did after looking at these types of chairs for weeks before making a decision.) Also the multi pin circle connector was bent upon arrival had to have been that way from the factory. not a big deal to bend it back to shape. things to know. it's very easy to put together. there's zero hardware. it just slides together. don't spend 30 minutes and several curse words thinking its broken and that there is no where to plug in the small plug for the led lights. the needed transformer is in a white bag tied to the bottom of the base. I didn't notice it and thought it was missing. It's kind of small. not like laughably or even really noticeably. I'm making that comment in terms of the frame. it doesn't feel small at all to sit in (I'm 6'1" 190). There's just no huge extra amounts of fluff hanging over. so this makes it great for smaller spaces. 2 of them are perfect for my TV area in my 16x16 off grid cabin. it wouldn't look silly at all in a full fledged theater room but if I had the space I'd probably opt for bigger/fluffier chairs. it's pretty firm. I find it comfortable as long as I don't have my wallet in my back pocket. it's not the most comfortable chair in the world but it's totally adequate for watching a movie. the seat is kind of low (18") which was a concern of mine as I have a disability effecting muscle function. meaning it's harder to get out of low chairs. The firmness makes it much easier to get out of which is great. no adjustable headrest so you'll probably need a neck roll or small pillow if you want to support your head when reclined. the stitching looks really classy. the material is super easy to clean off. besides remote controls I have no idea what I'll put in the storage compartments. they're fairly deep but very narrow. not quite large enough for a blanket. it'll just get filled with trash and nick nacks I'm sure. overall a fantastic, cheaper powered recliner option for smaller spaces. I wish it had USBc (which seems like a huge ommision these days especially when there are 3 USBa). it's not suuuuuuuper plush so if you prefer to sink in this one probably isn't for you. I think it's more suited to gaming or lounging than reclining for long movie watching sessions but it'll certainly suffice for both. I'm happy with the purchase! One thing I find is that it's pretty easy to tip over. This usually happens to me when I recline the chair and decide to get up or do something while it's still reclined. Its easier to do than I would like. The reason I get up without returning the chair to unreclined is that it takes a minute to do. You wouldn't think it without actually doing it but the 10-15 seconds it takes to cycle the chair in or out feels like an eternity. And it's loud with the material rubbing against itself. Would probably wake someone if they were sleeping nearby

Great buy
Great recliner. Very easy to assemble, literally took like 5 minutes after unboxed. Looks good and is comfortable. I’m 6’4 and my feet hang off a bit but i don’t mind at all. It has two plugs so I’d recommend getting a surge protector not only for that reason but if there is a power surge it won’t damage the motor. 5/5 would recommend.

Excellent communication, fast delivery, great product
Bought this for use as a tv viewing/gamer chair. First, the seller contacted me within 48 hours to say it had shipped in 2 boxes. They both arrived within 6 days of ordering! They were labeled well as to how to open the boxes and which to open first. The only problem we had was finding assembly instructions, but it was very clear as to what piece slid onto the other. We had it up and finished within 20 minutes. Then we opened the armrest and found the instructions inside. Maybe there should have been an indication of that somewhere, but at that point we just used them to make sure we did it correctly. Found the power supply and hooked up the electric component quickly. All in all a nice product that takes 2 people to put together quickly. One person could probably do it, but easier with two. A 6'4" person who weighs approx. 220 lb. loves it and is gaming quite comfortably. If I had to nitpick, one armrest was not cut exactly right and there is backing material around one of the cup holders. It's very slight and not an issue. All in all, I recommend! If there are any issues in the future, I will come back and update.

An amazing, comfortable loveseat
It's always a bit nerve-wracking ordering furniture online, but in this case there was no need to worry. The loveseat arrived today and took all of 5 minutes to assemble. The fact that the backs, seats, and armrests come in different boxes was a godsend, as the opening to my basement is kind of narrow. The loveseat has 3 USB ports, great for charging my phone plus playstation controllers, and a full size outlet for my laptop. It has lights on the bottom that can be dimmed or turned off altogether. The cupholders do not light up, which is maybe the only feature I would have liked to have seen, but at this price point, i"m ok with that. I will likely be buying more of these to complete my home theater soon.

It’s okay…
Chair is comfortable but it is not as long as I expected. Firm cushion in back and seat. Does what it should for the price.
