Great Upgrade for My ProBook
I installed this Crucial P310 1TB SSD in my HP ProBook as an upgrade, and I am very happy with it. The install was straightforward, the drive was recognized without any drama, and it gave the laptop a noticeable improvement. The extra storage alone was worth it, but the speed is the real benefit. Boot times, file transfers, loading programs, and general responsiveness all feel better. It made the ProBook feel much less limited and a lot more useful for everyday work, school, and general computer use. I also like that it is a PCIe Gen4 NVMe drive, so it has plenty of performance headroom. For the price, capacity, and speed, this was a solid upgrade. If you have a compatible laptop or desktop and want more storage with better performance, this is an easy recommendation. It did exactly what I needed, and I would buy it again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Crucial P310 1TB SSD has been excellent so far. Installation was quick and easy, and it was recognized immediately by my system. Performance has been fast and reliable, with quick boot times, responsive applications, and smooth file transfers. For everyday use, gaming, and general productivity, it delivers exactly what I was looking for. The drive feels snappy, and I’ve had no issues with stability or performance. Considering the speed, reliability, and value, this SSD is a great purchase. If you’re looking for an affordable and dependable NVMe drive, the Crucial P310 1TB is an easy recommendation.

A common ol reliable
Works fine, I'm running this on a gen 3 PCIe system and so far despite why loss of some metrics in speed (so the engineers say) everything is fine and snappy. Comaribility is not an issue here, easy to install assuming you are not needing to throw a large heatsink on it. I am somewhat torn on the listed storage capacity, it hovered around 940-970gb when I was installing an Operating system. So I would recommend if you are getting 1tb drives, but a few and plan your folders/chache/ content drives accordingly. You can't go wrong with Crucial, the P series are a charm to work with.

High Quality, Easy to Install, Lightning Fast
My Alienware x15 laptop had a 512GB internal drive, ordered to keep the costs down. Unfortunately, with 4-5 good games installed, it is maxed out. Realizing it had a second SSD slot, I decided to add a second drive. Shopping around, I decided on the Crucial P310 2TB 2280 PCIe Gen4 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD. Crucial has been around a long time, they have a good reputation, and the $140 price tag was great for 2TB. But the joke was on me. Dell got cheap when they built my laptop, and installed two 256GB SSD's instead of a single 512GB. While technically I got what I paid for (512GB), they used up both drive slots, leaving no room for expansion. The dirty buggers. So after cursing Michael Dell and his perfect hairline, I said the heck with it, and decided to replace the small factory drives with the Crucial. But I didn't want to have to download a Windows boot disk and reinstall everything from the ground up. Luckily, EaseUS Disk Copy Pro software has been around for decades. First I had to connect the new drive. So I bought a Sabrent USB 3.2 Type-C Tool-Free Enclosure and installed the Cruicial drive in it. Then I installed EaseUS Disk Copy and followed the simple wizard to do a sector-by-sector copy on the laptop's drive to the USB external drive. It is so easy you almost feel guilty about it. In less than 30 minutes, I had the new Crucial drive installed in the enclosure, formatted, and had copied everything to it. I turned everything off, moved the Crucial to one of the available slots on the laptop, and it booted perfectly the first time. Like nothing had happened, except that I quadrupled my storage space. The new Crucial drive is responsive, and has lightning-fast transfer speeds. It was easy to install, so much that I regret not doing this a lot sooner. I have faith in the Crucial brand, as I think they have proven themselves over many years to have high quality products. I would definitely buy this again (and am already considering getting a second one for that other drive slot).

Incredible speed upgrade, worked perfectly for my Mac with an adapter!
I bought this Crucial P310 SSD to upgrade the storage on my older Apple laptop, and it has completely breathed new life into it! Since it’s a standard NVMe M.2 drive, I did need to purchase a separate Mac-specific adapter to get it to fit, but once installed, it worked absolutely perfectly. The boot times and app loading speeds are incredibly fast now, easily hitting those high Gen4 speeds. It runs smoothly, stays cool, and gives me a massive performance boost over the original factory drive. If you're looking to upgrade an older Mac laptop (just remember to grab the right adapter!), this drive is a fantastic, highly reliable choice. Highly recommend!
