It says derma roller + hair growth serum and i only received serum. So disappointed

I used the derma roller and hair growth serum together to tackle hair thinning, and the results were noticeable after a few weeks. The derma roller is easy to use, and the serum absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feeling. My hair feels thicker, and I’ve noticed new growth in sparse areas. What I didn’t like is that the derma roller can be slightly uncomfortable if you’re not used to it, but it gets better with practice. Consistency is key for visible results, so patience is required. 1 Week Okay so I have been using this product for a week and it seems to be working. I am seeing a decrease in hair fall and i can see small hair follicles at my receding hairline in front. I have used it thrice this week and used the derma roller as well. Will update you further with time🙏 1 Month It actually works. But it with the derma roller. It has been showing great results. My hairfall is lesser, hair are thicker and density is better. Would surely recommend. After washing my hair, I let them dry and then apply it on the scalp and massage. Then I use the derma roller on it.
