These patches are an amazing energy boost!
These Viory Garcinia Cambogia patches are a great way to stay on track with healthy eating habits. The small, easy to apply patch goes on quickly and stays in place. I found it was best to apply in the morning after getting out of the shower. There is absolutely no sticky residue. These patches really helped me cut down on my snacking in between meals. I didn't need an afternoon sugar pick me up because the patch kept me energized. This is a great way to get your supplements without having to take a handful of capsules every day. Can't tell a difference!
I tried a different patch and noticed it helped with suppressing appetite. This one doesn't do that for me. I'm feeling hungry at night again and can't tell if it's helping with anything else. Won't be using them again.
