Adhesive on this ripped my skin. The description says it’s gentle on skin but not so. I only tried one patch and threw the rest away. Waste of money

I was honestly surprised by how quickly I started feeling the effects, almost right away! The patches are super easy to use and stay put all day. I’ve noticed a nice boost in energy and focus, which has been a big help. Love that they’re made with natural ingredients too. Definitely a great addition to my daily routine!
