I recently purchased this kick scooter, and I must say it has been a fantastic addition to my daily routine. This has been the worst product and experience. Initially it came very late, it was damaged, defective and used one and it is not a returnable, I initiated the replacement, which was also expected to come late. When replacement was out of delivery, I got update that there is a problem occurred in delivery and for 4 days I didn’t get any information and no update. There is no contact number neither delivery partner nor warehouse to connect. Its build quality is so poor that you don’t get confidence to ride it. It definitely can’t support 120 kg as described in product details. All joints and hinges are rusted and welded like a very cheep product. It seems to have been replaced many times by buyers. I recommend never to buy anything that doesn’t have return policy, as that is a trap. Better to pay more and buy decathlon scooter that is way too smooth to lock unlock and ride with full confidence but that would last really long and can be used by adults without hesitation.

Got this product on time in compact packaging. Very easy to assemble at home and it also have brakes for safety. It is very stable and comfortable to ride. This is a value for the money product. Feel free to purchase.

It's a well build aluminium frame kick scooter, very smooth ride on cemented surfaces however it is not at all comfortable to ride on even well tarred roads as there is no shock absorption and the jitters go up your spine. The handlebar brakes are useless as they don't do much to stop the scooter. The fold mechanism works as expected. The initial assembly was also pretty quick. Would love to have a product from this company that comes with shock absorption and pneumatic tyres in future
