My doctor told me about this because I was having difficulty pooping. It works like a wonder! I did get some cramping in the beginning but that does not happen any longer. I take only when needed. I believe its all natural. It has helped me a lot.

Always works. May cause diarea though, but it is better than severe constipation. Nothing else worked for my medication induced constipation.
