Dull, cheap feeling, no.
Dull. Feels very light, not durable. Smaller in size than a professional cuticle nipper. The pink part is just paint, it’s not an added grip or texture. I tried cutting my cuticles with it and it’s not very precise because it’s too dull. I would not buy it again.
