Helped tremendously
I was having hot flashes like crazy!! Could not get a good night sleep without sweating and burning up until I tried this Black Cohosh. I have been able to sleep through the night and I am not sweating nor burning up throughout the day or night. I take one every morning with my meal. If you’re experiencing hot flashes, this could very well help you like it has helped me.

OMG… I can’t say enough good things about this stuff. I was skeptical at first & I just started with menopause. Was having so many hot flashes that literally woke me up every night until I bought this. I take one every night before going to bed. Great value in my opinion because it works. I will keep buying until these hot flashes go away.

CAUSED DAILY NOSE BLEEDS
SO I AM NOT SURE HOW TO EVEN RATE THIS, I STATED TAKING IT AND A FEW DAYS LATER I STARTED GETTING NOSE BLEEDS. I THOUGHT IT WAS EVERYTHING BLOOMING AT FIRST. SO I KEPT TAKING THEM AND EVERYDAY I HAD NOSE BLEEDS OUT OF NO WHERE.SO THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A FEW WEEKS AND LAST WEEK I STOPPED TAKING THEM AND MY NOSE BLEEDS STOPPED. SO WITH THIS SAID I AM NOT SURE IF THIS IS JUST TO STRONG OR WHAT. THIS PRODUCT WAS STRONGLY SUGGESTED FOR MENOPAUSE BUT I DO NOT RECOMEND IT AT ALL. NOW I AM SO SCARED TO TAKE ANYTHING
