I tried 3 other braces and this one is the best by far; firm and comfortable, it keeps me from overextending that hand, because I'll forget and...ouch! Even if the little cold pack is small, just having it in place for 20 minutes or so helped a lot. I then removed the ice pack and wore the brace while sleeping. Carpal tunnel pain have abated and almost eliminated, but I have been forgetful and not used the brace every night as I should. I have been forgetful BECAUSE this brace works well!! Just remember to use caution with the wrist during the day and NOT DO the things that aggravate the inflammation because it can come back. And try to become more familiar with the location of the keys and STOP using those legs that tilt up your keyboard. This is exactly the wrong position to hold your wrists while typing.

I was looking for a brace due to carpal tunnel surgery. Bought two others that said "large/x large" (didn't fit) but they will fit my wife whose hands are quite a bit smaller. Decided to give it one more try and bought this one, thinking if it isn't right, I may be able to get more room by not using the ice pack. No need, fits with or without and beautifully. The ice pack itself isn't much use though (doesn't get cold enough) used a larger pack that I already had.

This is my second Featol brace. l have one for my right arm/wrist as well. Things aren't bad enough to require surgery, so when l get flare ups of pain and numbness l wear these at night, during the day if needed. After a short stint in them things usually go back to normal for a while. They are comfortable and well made. Far better than you get at the corner drug store. The cold pack is also a nice touch and helps with swelling.

Great product. Doesn’t fit quite as well as my last one. The aluminum stay is mounted a little off from where it could be for my hand. It’s otherwise very comfortable. I have carpal tunnel issues. My hands and/fingers fall asleep occasionally. If I wear this at night, it really helps! It’s almost like it solves the problem. Not quite but close!

Highly recommended. Very comfortable brace, doesn't pinch my skin like the others. Has great stability. Also really like the cold pack inserts. If you have sprained your wrist, this is what you need to get. It's worth the extra money. You get what you pay for.
