Overall experience is good with Ooge
Like: 1. Battery Backup is extremely good. Able to use for continuous 3 days without intruption. 2. Sound Quality is really good. 3. Microphone quality is very good during call. 4. Bluetooth range is good. I'm able to take it away from one room to another. 5. Functionality is good again. Dislike: 1. Buzzing sound suddenly arises for some time. 2. Due to fiber and rubber mix body, it becomes slippery from neck. Overall quality is very good. Design is good but cam be improved to make it non-slippery. The best part I like is Ooge customer service. They will timely keep taking update and get it replaced if they find any dissatisfaction with the customer.

Only Mono sound
No stereo sound both channels Mono sound. Tried everything to restore to stereo but there's no way to do it. checked online to see any firmware update on Ooge site , sadly no updates. good product marred by the very essence of sound "Stereo"
