Great lens
I was wary about using a non-brand-name lens with my Canon DSLR, but this lens is great. It does not interface with the auto-focus on the camera, so it's manual-focus only, and you have to manually adjust fstop and aperture, but that's kinda the point with a DSLR anyway -- ultimate control over exposure. My only caution is that because it does not have image stabilization use a tripod and a timer to take your pictures. This is not a lens for action shots! By using the timer, you give the camera a few seconds to settle down after pressing the shutter release. (I suppose you could also use a remote shutter release, but I don't have one of those.)The price point was excellent which is what made me decide to try this lens. It comes packaged in its own protective sleeve with a place to mount the lens to your tripod which helps make it more stable.

Great for the price
This is nice for the price. It connects easily. It zooms really well. It has no autofocus, but at this price I wouldn’t expect that. It’s built well and it works great.

Works well after tightening the lens.

10/10
In my opinion this lens is straight out amazing even more so when you take the price into consideration. The only negative thing I could say about the lens is the focus ring I kind of wish it was a little more stiffer I find my self slightly moving off focus accidentally.

Not Great, basically a big metal telescope for kids. If you want a picture you need to be on the sun
I should have expected this, Though i still had high hopes.EF line up has been around for a long time, so there is tons of time for development of a good product.I would not say this is one of them.Essentially this is a metal tube (props for being metal atleast) that has some glass on each end.It is manual focus, thats fine for the price point, but the f stop is super high. AKA it lets virtually no light in.There is a reason you see these telephoto lenses with HUGE pieces of glass. This thing feels like a pringles can.You literally need a TON of light to even get the grainiest picture. I would say to get a decent picture you would need to be on the sun. Or pointed directly at the sun. Outside of that everything looks like it came out of a 80s polaroid.I wouldn't recommend this. Would be cool as a self defense mechanism, or a place to hold chips.

Manual focus lens at a bargain price
Nice lens for the price. As with all telephoto lenses in this price range they do suffer from chromatic aberration. This is an easy fix by making an aperture filter ring to reduce the amount of light coming through the front of the lens. There are several YouTube videos on how to accomplish this.

Great MF telephoto lens.
Easy to use on the "M" setting, easy to focus manually. No AF function. Takes great pictures, very clear and has a big distance range. Need to use with a tripod.

Produit bas de gamme
Réglage trop difficile de la mise au point.Produit de qualité en rapport avec le prix. Un gadget plutôt qu'un accessoire photo
