Really good chimney has all the features. Hand gesture controls are working properly. Must go for it. Looks really good. There is noise at full speed but its ok at this price point. Suction is also really good. There is installation charges. We need to find local mason if core cutting is needed not sure if everywhere its like that call crompton toll free number and make sure if you need. Installation team is ok took some time for me to assign technician nobody called after the product delivery and i had to call crompton to assign installation but found out installation team was busy and about to call me. Overall product is working properly no problem so far great crompton chimney is making really a great impression .

Got this installed last week and when technician tried to switch it on, it didn't started. Henhad to open the chimney hood and fix something to get it started. We started using this since 4 days, and today suddenly it's power went off and didn't started. Raised complaint and got timeline of 2 days, still waiting. While raising complaint, I was specifically asked if I bought it online or offline and when told that online, sounded as if that's why the issues are coming. Seems defective pieces are dispatched to serve online orders. Technician finally visited today and informed that mother board is damaged, we need to pay for it. When informed that it is new and under warranty, and spoke to his senior, informed that it will take 12 days, as part has to come from Tamil Nadu! Highly dissatisfied!

Sensors are little laggy. Otherwise the product is fine.

Product arrived in good condition, the delivery was open box delivery and was verified thoroughly by the delivery person. Talking about the chimney, Suction is good, air throw is very strong (on the output vent) that proves the quality of the product. Controls and Interface are simple and easy to learn and Handle. Light provided in the chimney is dim and could have been brighter. Service persons arrived were polite and experienced and almost did the setup in barely half an hour.

Seldom does someone beat your expectation. Such was our pleasant experience having Crompton Chimney. 1. Seamless installation service. 2. Absolutely low noise. This was our biggest concern and opting for BLDC type. 3. Beat our expectations. 4. Stylist, elegant, aesthetic to your kitchen. Five star. Long live Crompton!

The product is good and the technician who installed it was well behaved and also nicely explained all the detaile of the product.

Very bad installation support from the brand. Kept chasing with Amazon and Crompton Support for installation for a week after delivery. Amazon just gave me a number to call Crompton, I did and they raised a support ticket without any further action. After 2-3 days, a 3rd party assigned for installations messaged me, in calling back I was told to call another number and arrange installation. I did, and finally when the installation was arranged the installation support engineer, unnecessarily demanded that the chimney exhaust hole be enlarged and called the wall cutter. The wall cutters did their thing, leaving the Kitchen in a total mess with concrete dust everywhere. Still okay if the hole enlargement was genuinely required. The Crompton installation expert came 4-5 hours later to install a pipe in the hole leaving a 2-inch gap around, indicating the enlargement was never required. The existing hole would have easily sufficed. But, this is a fraud ecosystem that has to survive, right? Then I was charged 1500 for 10 ft 5.5 inch exhaust pipe. Easily overcharged by 700-800. Again, the fraud ecosystem is thriving because of pathetic customer support and service from Crompton. Then during the installation, the engineer just used normal cello tape to stick the pipe at both ends, instead of using heat resistant aluminum duct tape. Even after overcharging me for the pipe, he did not bother to do a good quality job. Totally frustrated, I thanked him for his exceptional support, gave him the happy code, and silently vowed to never get Crompton products again.
