Great customer service
It works as described. The battery life is about 6 to 7 days. One band got broken but the seller provided a replacement with no cost in a fast way and the customer service was great. No hassle at all. I'm very satisfied with the product considering its cost x benefits.

Are all these "permissions" really necessary?,
My issue was... all the darn "permissions." Easy to set up? I am pretty technoligically literate but too much for me! Are all these "permissions" really necessary? I just want to track my sleep. I had trouble getting the app to "run in the background." The app kept insisting that I had to allow it to run in background. The directions to do so didn't work on my android. I am confused. One good thing it only took 90 minutes to charge from 0-100%. The charger is unique! The manual only saId to "charge" the watch but did not explain HOW! Another customer complained about the charge not holding. We eill see. I find it too complex. UPDATE: Finally got the app to work. I had a lot of extraneous (to me) stuff turned off. First night I had it, I got NO sleep and watch correctly showed ZERO. Second night when I woke up it showed 6.5 hours. But the "time" kept ticking even after I was awake. Weird. You can see in my photos the time adds up to more than 6.5 hours after I woke. UPDATE 2: not sure the sleep tracker works. The app showed I got about 5 hours sleep last night. No way! I went to bed at 12:30 am. I have chime clocks and I heard all go off at 1:00 am. The photo shows light sleep from 1-2, and deep sleep from 2-3. I woke up at 3 and could not go back to sleep. I got up and did some paperwork. From 3:00 on it shows "light sleep." So... was I doing my paperwork in my sleep? UPDATE 3: I am really sure now the sleep tracker doesn't work properly. Last night shows I had 7 hours and 26 minutes. NO WAY. It does properly show I did not fall asleep until after midnight. My "awake" times are when I had to go to bathroom. But, I was not asleep during the times it said I was. I was awake all night, except for maybe 30 minutes.

Sleek, Affordable Fitness Tracker That Does Everything I Need
I recently started using this Amzhero Health & Fitness Tracker and so far it’s been a solid pickup. First impressions: Out of the box, the build feels good — the bands included (both S & L) made it easy to get a comfortable fit. Setup was straightforward; I have an iPhone, and all you need to do is download the app and connect it via Bluetooth to the watch. I specifically chose this one for the slim, sleek look since I wanted something that would track my steps without being bulky or overpriced. I went with the Spaceblack version because it goes with nearly anything I wear. It’s super lightweight and sometimes unnoticeable. What I like: - You can change the Home Screen to fit your personality. They even have seasonal home screens for you to set. - Continuous heart-rate and blood-oxygen tracking are always active, so you don’t have to manually trigger them each time. The data has been surprisingly accurate when I cross-checked it with my gym’s equipment. - The blood pressure feature works well for casual monitoring (not medical grade, but it gives me a solid ballpark). - The sleep tracking has become one of my favorite parts: I can see when I had deep vs. light sleep, and it’s helped me keep a more consistent bedtime. - It’s rated 5 ATM waterproof, which means it can handle showers and sweat-heavy workouts. I wear it for every workout and haven’t had a single issue. - Battery life has been great for me. I just pop it on the charger before I shower, and it’s ready to go again. Some users mention faster drain when all tracking features are active, but that hasn’t been a problem in my experience. - You're able to control your music from your watch, so you never have to pull out your phone once you have your playlist set. What could be better: - While the basic tracking is strong, there’s no built-in GPS. If you run outdoors often, you’ll still need to bring your phone for distance and route tracking. Verdict: If you’re looking for a fitness tracker that delivers advanced health metrics — heart rate, SpO₂, blood pressure, and sleep tracking — at a reasonable price, this one is absolutely worth it. It’s become part of my everyday gear. Tip: Make sure the band is snug (not too loose) for accurate readings, and sync it nightly so your phone log stays updated.

This is a middle of the road product, does seem to work and at a subpar level. I have found the blood pressure is off by minimum 20 point values from actual blood pressure cuff reading. Heart beat calculation's are off by minimum 25 per minute in almost all times ox is always at 99% for most uses. This product is a fair way to see where you are at but in the end you get what you pay for here. Battery holds charge very well. Durability seems to be excellent. Value is you get what you pay for. very light weight. As stated works as entry level product and gives you a guide line just not accurate readings.
