Amazing watch, cant live without
I’ve never owned a smart watch before so I have no others to compare it too.I ordered it thinking I don’t see the point in them but for the price let me try and see what all the fuss is about.I’m glad I did because I now can’t live with out it, as they say. This is a very cool looking watch and the option to choose which watch face you have allows for personalisation and makes it fit to any occasion,It’s very light in weight and comfortable to the point you forget you’re wearing it.It came in a nice box with clear instructions a welcome card and two straps, one small and one large so you can adapt the watch to fit like a glove.I’m not the most tech minded person but setting it up was so easy, once you downloaded the app which is very intuitive to use the rest is very clear and simple. The watch measures your:Blood pressureHeart rate (bpm)Blood oxygen levelsSleep patternsCounts steps taken in a dayCalories burned in a dayIt has great range of training options from walking, cycling, swimming to alpinism. There are 25 training options to choose from. You can check the weather on it, read txt messages on it ( you cannot reply to them, only read)You can control the music on your phone with it, brilliant for running, jogging and cycling.I use it everyday for cycling training, i have a cycle computer that I use as well but the watch is an easier way to keep track of my heart rate and it seems pretty accurate too. Also great to be able to change or pause my my music without having to take my phone out.I like seeing how many steps I’ve taken in a day, I’m on my feet at work all day so it’s interesting to track and compare one day with another. One of my favourite things is that it tracks my sleep patterns.I’ve always been a light sleeper but now I see what a mess I am at sleeping! I really need to take steps to getter better sleep.I love this watch! It’s so useful in my daily life and worth every penny, great value for money.

Incredible watch
My dad bought this watch for work (he does loads of walking) and was excited to discover that it also tracks heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and even his sleep! He absolutely loves this watch. He loves being able to keep track of the things above. He also likes how slim the watch is compared to his old watch because, as a maintenance man, he has his hands in a lot of tight places. If you’re looking for a nice priced watch to test the waters of smart watches, I’d definitely recommend this. It was easy to set up and it only takes a couple hours to charge. The ONLY minor hiccup was it didn’t start tracking his sleep until a day or two after having the watch.

Decent Tracker for the Money and Responsive Support (no go for reliable BP monitoring)
Upon initially receiving this tracker, I was impressed with the build quality, it was comfortable to wear, and the layout and screen fonts were still comfortable enough for my 55yo eyes to read.I would recommend this tracker for anyone who just needs a good step tracker, heart monitor, and overall extension to your smart phone, but it fell short on BP readings.I tested thoroughly and it's just not reliable enough. In the world of wearable BP monitors, there are two methods by which a BP is measured (or should I say predicted).1) Uses a pulse wave sensor that listens to the velocity of the blood in your veins and tries to deduce what your pressure might be based on the rate at which your blood flows through a small stretch of a vein.2) The other (even more inaccurate), the software in the watch will try and predict what your BP "might" be based on your current hear rate and activity level.I wasn't able to determine what method tracker uses, but the standard response you'll get from support is that it can be anywhere from 0%-20% off and while that would have been ok with me assuming I could take the number on the tracker and multiply it by 1.2 to get a more accurate reading, it simply wouldn't work because i found that regardless of what I was doing, the tracker never varied more than 3mm on systolic and 2Hg on diastolic ... and because I have a cuff at home, I know that my pressure swings more than 30 points on systolic throughout the day ... the tracker never showed this.So it's a nice stylish and light weight tracker which is good at step monitoring, heart rate, .... but don't bother if you're looking for reliable blood pressure readings. It will consistently report lower than actual numbers ... it sadly makes you believe that you have somehow solved your BP issue (lol)

Comfortable and easy to use
It's easy to set up and easy to use. I like the variety of sports modes it has. It is IP68 waterproof and has its charger included. The handle is comfortable to use and has an extra one in case you need to change one of the handles. The screen is well lit and easy to read and see the functions. It has a step tracker and a heart rate tracker. After using it this week, the battery life seems good.In general, a good watch, comfortable to use, light and with a variety of functions that can be useful throughout the day.

Overall impressed
For the price, this little guy has given me a lot of helpful health insights. I didn’t expect it to do so much!My main issues with it are that the watch and app don’t always sync in a timely manner, and the heart rate features aren’t exactly what I want. If my heart rate spikes to 175 for some reason, I want to see it on my chart so I know when it happened. It doesn’t always record the spikes on the chart, just gives you the max BPM for the day. I’m always checking my heart rate because of POTS, and the way they average the data isn’t really helpful for that. More options for how we can configure the data would be SO helpful. On a positive note, it does allow you to change the sleep data to record one full night of sleep rather than breaking it up into 24 hour time chunks which is the default. That can be changed in settings on the app.
