It works! I'm so pleased that something natural is helping me think better and be more productive, especially in the mornings when I have been experiencing a lot of brain fog, dull headache pain and tension. I haven't been taking the full dose, but a little goes a long way. I'm rather sensitive to anything I put in my system, so I go slowly. This hasn't given me the "jitters" or calmed me to the point of inaction. I take it as soon as I wake up and within a half hour or so, I notice that I'm thinking more clearly and am more proactive with morning routines. No brain fog! No dull headachy feeling anymore. Don’t waste your money. There is no reason this should cost as much as it does. As a migraine suffer, I would be willing to try anything and spend any amount of money. I’m ashamed that I’ve spent so much on this hoping it would work if I just gave it a little bit more time, but it was literally like taking sugar pills. It did nothing.

This product has been a game changer for my teen daughter’s migraines. They seems to be caused by stress and hormones, and she wasn’t sure they were helping but we ran out and she had 3 in one week after going 2 months with just a few. I got a new one ordered asap and we are back on rare migraines! Now it’s a monthly subscribe and save.

I took these and would only take 2 and split the dose. I immediately got severe stomach pain so then I took it with food. Gives a good dose of magnesium but my migraines still occurred. Didn't help much.

It Helps! I have been using this for a while. It was on back order so I bought something a little different and less expensive- it was not as effective.
