WASTE OF MONEY! First I want to say this thing has had a good 5 second lag from the minute I received it.. which is very annoying. Also I’ve only had this monitor for 3 months and it no longer works. I have 0 connection to my cameras. What’s the point in having baby monitors if it doesn’t work more than half of the time? I thought I was splurging, buying a good, reliable monitor.. but no. Better off with the cheap $30 set.. at least with that I could actually watch my children..

Awesome monitor the bet one we have had hands down. The sound and picture/video quality is phenomenal. Easy to mount. I love the signal distance , hard to find one that goes this far. I love that it works even without wifi. I will say my 1 and only complaint okay actually 2. I wish the dimmer could go a little darker on the screen and 2 the intena is very flimsy so you just need to be careful. Other than that we have no complaints. Works great.

This is the second Bonoch baby monitor I’ve purchased… unfortunately it’s not the best quality over time. I LOVED it at first, it worked great, and I recommend it to everyone, then the sound would stop working, 100% unacceptable. After that it would have increased frequency errors connecting to the cameras. I purchased two because I thought the first monitor was just an error but now that the second one is doing the exact same thing I know it’s a result of poor quality. The monitors that are at the grandparents house is still working great because it’s not used everyday.

So I’ve had this monitor for less than a year and loved it until it stopped connecting to the cameras. I have to be right beside my kids room or have the monitor laying on its back for it to connect. I contacted Bonoch because it has a warranty but they contacted me back twice. Once to tell me to send pics and videos. And another time to tell me the office was closed for the weekend. They never reached back out after that even though I reached out to them again to see if there was an update. I’m most frustrated that I’ve not even had this monitor for a year and it has already began to die.

When I first got this set up I almost returned it right then because out of the 2 cameras it came with one was already not working. I decided to reach out to support and they are still currently working on shipping a new camera to me. The range is suppose to be 1800 sqft and I can not get out of the bedroom 5 ft before it stops working. My other camera that has been working fine and at the max distance also just gave out. While the products look nice and sleek and the picture quality is good it will not work for us because of the needed max range. Even if you needed a smaller range that I do … like I said earlier it really drops out at about 5ft outside the room. It’s disappointing but I’ve been through 3 different monitors now and they all seem to not meet my range need. This one just doesn’t work all together. Sending it back. Sad.

I was having issues and contacted them via email. They stopped replying so I called their help number after trying to return it. The customer service team called me back and helped me with the issue. Very thankful for them calling me back

Everything on it was perfect, easy to set up, camera is amazing, wifi and range is absolutely insane how far out you can walk and it still be connected, recommend this to anyone out there

This is not a reliable baby monitor as the receiver freezes regularly despite the antenna being fully extended and the unit being only approximately 2 rooms away. The volume is also not very loud even when maxed out and the screen brightness is not easy to adjust. We currently have the old version of this monitor and love it. Never had any issues. This new version though I do not trust to alert me if my baby makes noise.
