When I received the breadbox I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The box is made really nicely and the lid is pretty. It looks great on the counter. My lid was slightly warped when it arrived. I reached out to the company and they sent a whole new box with lid. Unfortunately the lid was also warped on the 2nd one. I reached out again to let them know that maybe there is a problem with where they are being warehouse stored. I told them that I did not want a refund and I did not want them to send out another replacement but they did anyway. The 3rd was the charm! The lid is perfect. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. The customer service was over the top! I already referred 3 friend to their products, Thank you

Love my bread box. It’s so cute, with my white countertops.I can fit two loaves of bread in it, or a package of cookies and one loaf of bread, etc. I don’t like clutter, this is great.

This is my first review on Amazon and I make purchases all the time. I felt I just had to leave a review for this product because it is literally perfect, I love it so much. It’s very functional, but most importantly for me it’s beautiful minimalistic looks like something you would purchase it William Sonoma. The quality is great, the beige color looks luxury.

This is a nice looking breadbox and we’ve used it daily for 3-4 months now. Fresh homemade sourdough bread stays in here during the week. We had the wooden lid warp pretty bad after 4 months of use, not sure how that happened. But the seller was able to provide a replacement. So I really appreciate the fast support from the seller on this one to stand by their product and take care of the issue. Maybe it was a bad wooden lid who knows, regardless that is great support. However, the second “wooden” lid has also now warped in less than 1 month. I don’t get it. It sits on the countertop, but no way this should warp like this.

Beautiful clean tin. Fits my sourdough circle load with spare room.

Besides being made of a quality material, this box keeps the bread as fresh as can be for as long as its in there. No air can get in to spoil the bread.

Nice concept but poor execution. The lid quickly became very difficult to open and just not functional. Replacing after 3-4 weeks of use. Update: customer arrive reached out to me and very kindly wanted to make things right. While the bread box didn’t work out, customer service is 5 stars!

Very cute, and I love the underside of the wood top for cutting bread on. The top has warped so much that I can't close it. I didn't wash it in the dish washer, so I'm not sure why it's so warped.
