Get the job done easily
I needed some passport photos done for me and my family and I didn't want to pay CVS or Walgreens $36 to get the job done just for 12, 2x2 inches photos... so I decided to go the DIY route: took our digital photos, photoshop it and made a collage in a 4x6 inches documents, print them at Walgreens for $3 total and then used the JIELISI 12 inch Rotary Trimmer, DONE. If you take into account the price and the results you know you made a good decision by purchasing this product, oh and safety feature is great!Bear in mind that it's not as (ultra) precise as other more expensive trimmers or guillotines but if you have a simple job this trimmer will get it done for you easily.

Sanity Saver!
As a first year kindergarten teacher, I am cutting out A LOT of things - and I mean reems and reems worth of paper! This thing is so easy to use and has saved me so much time! I love the lines, which make it easy to cut out shapes for crafts, or anything else that may need to be cut on a diagonal! I love that it came with a backup blade, but I don't see myself needing it anytime soon. I have also found that as long as things are printed evenly, I find that I can layer 2-3 pieces of paper (even 2 sheets of cardstock) and cut it all at once. If you are a teacher or anybody who cuts a lot - do yourself a favor and GET THIS!

Its Weaknesses are also its Strengths
Its weaknesses are necessary for it's strengths to exist. Its light weight and small size make it highly portable. These are the things that I love about it.But it's harder to use than a tabletop cutter. All of the table top cutters that I have used require the user to position and hold the paper. Because this one is so light, the user also has to hold the cutter.

Love it for the price!
IT comes exactly as described with an extra cutter piece. It works like a charm and fits nicely since it's width is rather small. Be aware that cutting papers beyond 12" will be a little more difficult, and it's a lightweight cutter so 5-7 pages is the maximum for a nice cut. The only thing about this is that the lines used don't really line up with the inch markings, but they are straight. I think that though it counts in inches, the markings may be made for cm, I'm not sure, but It can get a little confusing when you're aligning your page. Just be sure to look at the numbers rather than a line if you need a precise US standard measurement.

I love this. The blade is great and I love ...
I love this. The blade is great and I love that the blade has to be pushed down to cut. I do wish it had the pull out ruler, but I knew buying it that it didn't have it, so I can't complain much. I also on the ruler on the clear part with the blade attached, I wish the ruler was in inches and in centimeters. It is only in centimeters on mine. If I want to measure something longer than the 4 inches that is given on this paper cutter, I have to use a separate ruler and mark it. (I am from the US and grew up using inches and all of my other equipment and online documents are in inches, so I cannot use centimeters)

Okay Paper Cutter
You can cut like, 10 papers (with some force.) Pretty good quality, but if you're planning on using this for lots of papers all the time, buy elsewhere. I'll probably buy a different one once the current blade goes, it does come with an extra but I don't know how to replace it. Also, the blade was just in the box, and I didn't see it. My cat got it and was playing with it... (she's okay!) So watch out for that! But, the paper cutter is great for occasional paper cutting. Don't buy if you're a school teacher or someone of the sorts.

Good for light use only
Lightweight and convenient for 1 maybe 2 sheets of paper. It didn't come with directions so it was kind of hard to figure out. It is a lot harder to line up the edge to ensure the correct amount is cut off than with the paper cutters with the pull down handle. The clear plastic ruler on top is hard to flip open to put the paper in for cutting and the plastic isn't strong so It could easily break if you aren't careful. Once you get used to how it works it is great for light use.

Thoroughly recommend for home or home/office use.
Bought as alternative to my large, heavy A3 ‘old faithful’ Avery cutter which requires too much space on my work surface for routinely cutting up to A4 sheets home office use. This works perfectly. Clean cuts. Lightweight. Compact. Arrived assembled to use immediately with spare blade. Suggest might be advisable to do some test cuts first to work out exactly where cut is made. Also for me it only appears to cut from the one end – not a problem so long as you know this. Also there’s a ‘knack’ to get the blade to go down from its safety position which I am guessing it only does from the one end.; just took me a couple of mins to work this out otherwise it slides down without cutting but hopefully others will be aware of this from reading my review. So far I’ve been effortlessly using it continuously for about two hours to trim A4 sheets to various individual custom sizes. Found you don’t need to lift the plastic bar to put paper under as You Tube reviews show; for me single sheets slipped under without the need to lift. Haven’t had need to cut several sheets so far. Great buy. Very pleased with it. Thoroughly recommend for home or home office use.. Great value. Wished I 'd bought one sooner. Arrive Amazon Prime overnight.

Fiddly and difficult to use
I am a teacher and use paper trimmers every day. I bought this to replace one I had at home and fond it almost impossible to use - the lining up to make the trim is VERY fiddly indeed and difficult to be accurate. Although it says it takes ten sheets, it was too fiddly to any but one at a time and even that was hit and miss about how accurate the trim is. I found I needed to use scissors after I trimmed a sheet at a time, in order to neaten it up!! I had to send it back.

Copes with heavy business use. The best!
Fantastic! This is the second one I’ve bought for my business. We cut a lot of card with the trimmer and after 18 months of heavy, daily use the blade is still going. Only bought a second one as a back-up. Great value, simply to use and clean. I wouldn’t buy any other make after years of spending money on considerably more expensive models.

Great budget choice.
Absolutely perfect, it doesn't take up a huge amount of space but cuts 12 x 12 card nicely, comes with a replacement blade too which increases the life of the product. The automatic safety guard means there is no risk of a small person cutting themselves with it and so can happily allow children to use it under supervision.

Terrible, better of with craft knife or scissors
Not fit for purpose, thankful I tested using scrap card paper. I think it's just better to invest in a pricey/brand version of paper trimmers.
