So i’m a first time vibration plate buyer and this is my honest review: I have not lost any weight and have been using it for about two weeks every day, but I definitely lost inches when I takeoff my socks at the end of the day my legs are not puffy. I’m not having a bloated stomach and it is helping with back pain. I feel like I’m more tone even though I’m not dieting or trying to lose weight. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I’m not having a problem with standing on it or moving around on. It definitely feel like it’s helping me overall with recovery and firming myself. This is a good place for a first time buyer, but I noticed a lot of the videos that other people have wider plates. This is not a very wide plate so if you are a bigger person or maybe a man, you might want to get something bigger. If I had to buy a plate again, I would definitely not get one with a bunch of bumps and lumps on the plate because when you’re trying to put your arms on it or stand barefoot on it, it hurts those bumps on it or not needed. When I try to sit on the plate, my ass ends up, hitting the touchscreen and turning the machine off, so I had to drip a towel over it so it doesn’t do that. Overall, I think it’s a good plate for the cost and for first time vibration plate buyers if you’re an average a small person.

This vibration plate is well-built and very lightweight, making it incredibly easy to move around. Despite being light, it sticks firmly to the ground during use so you feel completely secure. Setting it up is a breeze. I love the variety it offers, including multiple speed settings and different preset programs to mix up your positions. It has genuinely made exercising fun and engaging! Highly recommended.

The box seems small but it great ! Didn’t come with any AAA batteries, though I thought that it came with it so make sure you have AAA batteries it works perfect great price batteries are for the remote control

This machine work wonders on my body. I am not looking to loose weight but let me tell you what it has done for me this far. The problem i had with my right knee, gone. My painful right shoulder, gone. The tight knots on my upper body loosened as well as my back pain, gone. It is just 2 weeks since I purchased this vibration plate but the difference i feel already is amazing. So for those of you that feel tightness in the muscles and pains of sorts, this machine is for you.
