Well it says take two so I found it work best if you take one with breakfast and one with your supper

I love this probiotic I take it in the evening in the morning sometimes but it usually sets me up with excellent digestive health I was doing Metamucil but I feel like this is comparable and you don’t have to mix a whole drink whereas I’ve tried meta-Meusel capsule stuff they don’t work near as good as the drink and I think this works as good if not better

I liked this probiotic. I have tried many probiotics to help me with constipation and gastritis. Most of the times I didn’t feel any difference. But this is actually helping! I’ve been going to the bathroom regularly. I liked that it contains Inulin and the appetite suppressant is a plus.

This did not agree with my system. After taking it for several days (with several glasses of water), I had severe constipation along with GI pain. After doing some research, apparently some people do not initially react well to this probiotic. I bought this because of the health benefits I saw listed in a YouTube video, but decided to stop taking it. After stopping it, I felt well once again.

I don't normally react to probiotics so was surprised when I got massive diarrhea after taking 1 cap. I can only assume it's the inulin. I didn't realize this had inulin... not sure why they feel the need to add that. I would not purchase again.

Interesting. The benefits were subtle but I do believe it helped with stomach lining integrity.
