I'm not impressed. Being a Coke Zero fan, this new stuff lacks that bite and kick you got used to with Coke zero. Almost has a flat taste to it. The flavor I think is a little closer to the real thing but it's like they took that light zing out of it and it's heavier more of a syrupy taste. I'm not impressed. Why did Coke get rid of a successful product in Coke Zero? Are they pulling another New Coke sort of stunt?

Soda Delivered was Literally Unfit for Human Consumption
I placed an order for 2 of the 24-pack of Coke Zero Mini cans. I received the 1st of these a few days after ordering. Upon opening the box, I was surprised to see all the cans packed loosely. Since I was thirsty I decided to open one of the cans & almost immediately I detected an odor similar to natural gas. I looked for the source of the gas odor, only to find the smell coming from the newly opened Coke Zero can. I thought it weird so I picked it up to take a sip & was greeted by an extremely pungent smell that was a mix of grapefruit & body odor. The soda tasted extremely metallic & sour, as if it had been stored in the sun or in a sweltering industrial warehouse for years & the chemicals got into the soda. It was 100% unfit for human consumption. But not wanting to jump to conclusions, I decided to discard this can & open a different can. I fully expected the 2nd can to taste like a typical Coke Zero. To my dismay, the 2nd can smelled as horrible as the 1st. I repeated this process with 6 different cans from the 24-pack, all 6 were truly revolting & the soda was totally worthless. I hate to write a bad review of a seller but it's hard for me to believe they were selling these cans & had no idea about their condition or quality.

Coke Zero hand delivered with Subscribe & Save
Come out to about 37.5 cents per can, or about 5 cents per ounce. Sounded like a good deal at the time, but I realized with sales I can get 2 12 ounce 12-packs for $9, at most stores, which would be just 3.125 cents per ounce, so I probably overpaid, but it was so that I could get a fifth item for my "Subscribe & Save" so I got all those items at 15% off, so it came out to $7.65 for the 24 pack, or 32 cents per can. Not too bad.
