Excellent product
Worthy product if you are looking to grill two large loaves of sandwiches at a time. While the coating is really of good quality , the overall product is too good for it's marketing and brand

Power dripping off and also very late in use
There is a serious electrical issue wth the product..it is getting the fues drip off whenever it is in use..and taking around 10 min for a single sandwich which is too long n late actually

Acceptable quality, one jumbo size bread sandwich, non toxic plates with toxic spatula
Product quality could have been better, only two regular size bread sandwich can be made at a time, and only one jumbo size bread sandwich (not two as written in details). Plate width 25 cm x 17.5cm. They provided plastic spatula instead they should have provided wooden as we are preferring nontoxic material.

Size of the product is small.
The size is very small, they have mentioned 4 slice of bread but the space is for 2 bread only. I am not able to replace it. Please help
