Excellent value if they work as claimed. So far, so good.

Recommendations for a daily dose of turmeric vary widely, but 2,000mg is enough to be effective. This would mean one per day of these. However, the product description for it, as with many supplements, is inconsistent on the dose suggested. The introduction says “60 capsules per bottle, providing a 2-month supply”, but the detail says two per day. Sort it out, guys. Even taking only one per day, there are several other turmeric products on Amazon which are better value pro rata. The product seems to be well-sourced, it’s “free from” all it should be, and it’s organic. Also made in the UK, which is good in supplements. Even so, you may want to look around for keener pricing.

The supplement comes as sixty capsules in a self seal foil lined pouch which closes well and with the recommendation of one per day the supply will last nearly two months. The amount of turmeric each capsule contains is good but, according to the advert, if you want a higher dose you can take two. They are reasonably small, easy to swallow, and leave no aftertaste. It's supported by black pepper, which I read improves absorption. I can't see any unwelcome ingredients in here either, which is a bonus. The capsule shell is made from a substance derived from fungi, which is kinda interesting! I found it has a very neutral taste. Being vegan friendly, seemingly made in the UK, and the only bulking agent being brown rice flour, I think overall it's a good option if turmeric is what you're after.

These are a pouch containing 60 capsules of turmeric and black pepper. The pouch is easy to open and convenient to store in the cupboard. The expiry on the capsules is 2026. The capsules are recommended to take one per day and so this pouch should last 2 months. Even so this seems quite an expensive way to take turmeric. I have started taking them and so far they are proving easy to swallow with no obvious sideaffects nor after taste. I will report back when I have taken them for long enough to be able to observe if there is any positive well being from taking them.

Expensive compared to other makes. These are also confusing and have mixed messages between the packet and the advertisement. One states one per day the other two. However they are capsules which is a bonus as turmeric stains everything yellow and the strength is good.

I rated this product 5/5 stars as I think it’s a great value for money. This supplement came in a nice pouch with all the information included on the label. The recommended dose is one capsule a day and with the 60 in the pouch you will have a 2 months supply hence a really good value. This turmeric supplements included black pepper for a better absorption and the ingredients are organic and natural. They are made in the UK and this is important for me. The size of the capsule is very standard one and it’s easy to take with no after taste. I’ve been taking turmeric for years now, been through different brands and I will definitely recommend this one.

I have been taking Turmeric for my joints for ages in particular my knees, I find that Turmeric supplements make a huge difference. The capsules are easy to swallow , I like the fact these have all organic ingredients and also have black pepper which increases the uptake of the curcumin which is where the good stuff is. Plus no nasties or fillers, no GMO, vegan shell etc seems like an all round good quality product from R -veda with the added bonus of supporting a UK company, also fairly priced .
