Adds a lot of flavor !
Very good ! This adds alot of flavor to mushroom gravy or mushroom anything . I don’t think I can be without this now! Even though I love this salt the last 2 have come with the seal not sealed.

Needs more umami
This product is OK. The ratio of porcini to salt is not very high. I can taste the added umami a little and it may be good for sauces, but to sprinkle on eggs or something similar, it became too salty. Of course, that's a matter of taste and at a price of $10 it might be worth giving it a try.
