Comfortable and well made
Comfortable and well made. Looks great in my reading corner!

A problem with assembly
There is a general problem with alignment of the screws with the corresponding holes. In the assembly of the ottoman, the holes on the L-shape plates are totally off position so that I have to use longer screws to catch the holes. Not to mention that I had missing parts which took the warehouse 17 days to replace. I revised the rating to 4 stars based on good communications with the service department and the fact that the recliner is pretty comfortable to sit on.

Too low to the floor
Almost a good chair. The chair is too low to the floor. It would be a good chair if it were 4 inches higher off the floor. I’m going to try and build a platform for it to sit on, to raise it up. Otherwise it’s pretty useless. Way overpriced for what it is.

Very comfortable chair
This chair came promptly and was in good shape. Directions were easy and it wasn't all that difficult. The include hex wrench was typical and gets the job done but I dislike them. My own makes it a more smiley job. When done it is sturdy, pretty and my wife and I took turns falling asleep in it first day. Son might buy one, we will probably buy another.

TERRIBLE !
HORRIBLE ! TERRIBLE ! Impossible to assemble. The holes do not line up with the screws. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE !!!!

Wonderful, sturdy, good looking chair.
Comfortable chair and the price is great! Great material on the chair, feels comfortable and easy to clean. Love the foot stool. It does need assembly. But that is part of the savings!

A solid product for the price
Received the chair after a bit of a delivery issue, but once it did arrive the chair was complete, and assembled in less than 30 minutes. Two sets of hands make it easier, as does a power screwdriver. Using the included Allen wrench would not have been an enjoyable experience. One issue, mentioned in other comments as well, were the screws and brackets for the ottoman not lining up correctly. Worked through that, and the chair is pretty much as advertised.

Comfortable it is not. Looks nice but just not comfortable and doesn't rock.
