It seems to work better than the original spray
I chose this for the stronger dose of menthol, and it does seem to provide more relief. As others have said, it is not odorless, but it is tolerable. It's expensive, but right now it seems to be a useful addition to our pain management routine.

Works but not odorless
Works really well. I ordered odorless and although it works, there is a definite smell. I planned to use it during the day at times but with the strong smell, I only use at bedtime. I took off a star because of the smell.

Works for minor pain
I was hoping it was more than just menthol and camphor and was more like ethyl chloride. Its like a biofreeze with a different smell.

It really works, and yes, the menthol scent is a bit strong, but it does not linger too long.
TIDL Cryotherapy Pain Relief Spray provides some real relief from the pain I suffer in my arthritic left knee and right foot. While the relief doesn't last forever, still it provides some sorely needed comfort each time I apply the spray!
