Got this for my son as he goes away to college. He is happy with it, loves the ability to fold flat and use as a tablet.

Our granddaughter are enjoying their new laptops. They were put to use immediately and they are very satisfied with the quality of their gifts.

I love everything about this laptop and have found it hard to put it down since purchasing it. Let me just say, before I buy something I spend countless hours doing research and I'm so indecisive that picking out a laptop was a daunting task - I've been in the market for a couple years now. But I had been looking at this particular one for awhile and, finally pulled the trigger. I was so nervous initially, but now that I finally have it, it's exceeded all of my expectations. It's perfect for what I needed it for, school work, and general browsing. The touchscreen is a HUGE added bonus. For the price I paid, I could not have found a better laptop. Beyond thrilled with my purchase.

I have owned this product for 10 months. I bought it for my daughter to use for schoolwork. She enjoys using the computer and it is lightweight and easy to carry in her backpack. However, a few weeks ago the screen started to pull apart. You have to carefully open the computer up and then snap the screen back in place. It does not stay closed it just narrows the gap. So now we just leave it open. I cannot see any visible reason for this to be happening, the computer works fine otherwise. How can i contact the seller?

I wanted to wait before I did this review and its been almost two weeks now and as I expected this outperforms. Since I am not a gamer and just a casual everyday... i mean i browse everyday....... user, I dont know if this will be like those thousand dollar laptops. This suits my needs perfectly. I am pleased. I am satisfied and I am an acer R11 customer for life... or as long as they maintain their integrity.... this is my second Acer R11. I will be buying a third in the near future for my relative.

The screen is absolutely beautiful! The touchscreen is fine. Being able to use it in tent mode or as a tablet is great. However this chromebook is SO slow!!!!!!! I can have more than one tab open at a time. My older chromebooks are so much faster. Giving this to my son and spending the extra money for a better chromebook. If you are looking for power don’t get this chromebook!

Great product at a reasonable price. Good rugged design for travel use and internet browsing.

Got it for my 10y old and she loves it. It is light, has all the features you can wish for at a very good price. We only had an issue once with the touchscreen but we rebooted the laptop and the touchscreen was working again.
