Some feathers arrived crushed
1. The arrows arrived bundled with two cable ties that were pulled very tight around the arrows. This tight bundling caused three of the six arrows to have one severely crushed feather. Initially I was going to return them, but then I decided to apply warm water to the damaged feathers to soften them, and gently worked the feathers to bring them back to their original shape. Well, it worked, and I was glad that I didn't have to return them. Arrows should not be bundled this way for shipping. A 1/2 inch Styrofoam rod in the center of the pack could prevent the feathers from being scrunched together.2. The arrows look to be well made, and the beautiful wood grain looks flawless, however there's no printing anywhere on the arrow as to the "spine" or straightness of the arrow. I'm assuming that the bar-code on the paper wrap around the arrows is how the seller knows that they're sending out the right spined arrows. It would be nice to have the spine number printed on the arrow.3. All the turkey feathers are their natural color. This is not a big point, but I would love to have one of the feathers to be a different and brighter color for easier loading and better visibility if the arrow runs aground.Well, that's it. I hope this review is helpful to those of you that are considering purchasing these arrows.ADDENDUM: I've been contacted by Dungguan Liezhu Trade Co. Ltd. in China apologizing for the way the arrows were packaged, and appreciated my input on the matter. They expressed their commitment to complete customer satisfaction and their desire to improve their product along the line of my suggestion. They also offered to send me a new set of arrows after the modifications were made. Now, that's what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. No company can have 100% control over everything. It's how a company reacts to when something goes wrong, and then, their efforts to correct the problem. Because of Dungguan Liezhu commitment to rectify the situation and excellent customer service, I've upped my rating to five stars.

Above average Chinese arrows, but some features lacking
I bought a horse bow recently, and began a search for longer trad arrows so that I could finally practice an overdraw. Most arrows I found are 31โ. I was happy to find these 32โ trad carbon arrows with a wood pattern paint job and feather fletcher shafts. They look wonderful! I tested them out last week. As opposed to cheap Chinese arrows, these were very light and flew true. I also loved that they had striped fletching and had pin nocks to prevent breakage from โrobin hoodsโ. Sadly, there are a four drawbacks though. After only two rounds of loosing arrows (12), I found the wood pattern paint scraped off the front end of the shafts. To be sure, the hay bails at my park are relatively fresh and more tightly packed than usual. But compared to my Gold Tip Traditionals, my Gold Tips have significantly less scrape. Though the wood paint has a flat sheen, they do feel like the slight tackiness you get from a gloss sheen. I didnโt shoot too long because Iโm learning a thumb draw and my thumb was hurting after a short while. The next day, I came back, and two more issues emerged. First, the rubber protecting the forward edge of the fletchings have curled back from their contact with the bow riser. Second, one arrow hit the plywood back board that the hay bails are stacked on, and the arrow shaft separated from the โglued-inโ insert. I assume there wasnโt enough glue on the insert. Iโm slightly worried about the curled rubber affecting the angle of departure of the arrows from the side of the bow. Overall, these issues are small and relatively easily fixed. Iโm aiming to cut off the rubber bands and tie thin serving string over the fletchings instead; Iโll glue back the insert with hot glue (vs cyanoacrylate); and Iโm thinking about spraying some flat gloss to protect the front shafts from losing more paint. Lastly, I do wish the manufacturers can update their fletching design and have the cock fletching a different color than the other two. I ended up marking between the two hen feathers to make it faster to nock properly. Overall, I like these arrows. I just wish I didnโt have to do my own alternations so soon after getting them.

As good as Gold Tip arrows IMO
In my opinion, these arrows can rival that of Gold Tip's traditional arrows. I use these arrows with my traditional recurve bow and the arrows travel cleanly off the shelf. The feather fletchings are soft so they do not interfere as much as other feather fletchings when leaving the shelf. The spine works perfectly with my 40# mandarin duck black hunter and is accurate. The best part of the arrow design is the "anti-explosion" arrow nock insert. I most likely would've destroyed and split 5 arrows without it (you can see the marks the arrow left on the metal insert in my pictures). I've destroyed/split three expensive Gold Tip arrows in the past and it is painful; especially since each of those arrows cost about $10 a piece...so if you were to "robin hood" an arrow, you would only lose the white plastic nock and not shatter the shaft...saves money in the long run.The only two negatives about these arrows: 1) the fletchings came in deformed due to the cramped packaging (but you can easily fix this by dipping the fletchings in warm water), and 2) the arrow's wood print near the tip begins to fade if you shoot into abrasive materials over a long period of time (such as a home-made stacked carpet target).Great arrows! Buying 12 more soon.

Good arrows for target shooting
Somewhat new to archery but bought these arrows and they work well for me for target shooting. They came pack well when shipped. One time I was pulling the arrow out of the target, which is a tight backstop and can get stuck in there a bit at times, and the tip and insert came off. Contacted the manufacturer and they gave me a bunch of replacement tips and inserts free of charge. That was good service. The one thing I don't like about these arrows is that all 3 feathers are the same color. I would prefer one of the arrows to be a different color from the other 2.

Good arrows, garbage nocks
These are some beautiful arrows, however, the nocks are ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. The number of times the arrow just fell off the string before shooting was simply unacceptably high. This is straight up unsafe for you AND your bow! Why for your bow? Well I had an arrow fall off (without touching it mind you, simply because the grab on the string is so weak) immediately before shooting causing a dry fire. Expect to need to replace them immediately.

Decent for the price but weak nocks.
Decent for the price. I havenโt had any shaft, tip or fletching issues. The weak point is definitely the nocks. After normal use the nocks started developing cracks and could fail dangerously if not inspected before each shot. So have extra nocks and inspect well before each shot.

arrows with wood grain appearance and look so unique
Excellent value for the money. ( FAST Shipping, only took 10 days that I can receive it)I always try different style and different brand arrows.I bought these arrows based on the great reviews on amazon. I decided to pay a little bit more for feathers instead of plastic vanes since I'm shooting a traditional bow off the shelf. These carbon arrows work well with my bow and I really enjoy shooting them.Plus 6 white nocks for free, convenient to replace it.Also, these arrows with wood grain appearance and look so unique. They fly straight and are very consistent. The feathers look natural and will appeal to many traditional archers. Natural real feathers have great balance and guidance while shooting.Highly recommend these arrows for all archers.
