Great for set and forget cooking - but with the flavour of charcoal. It's very versatile as I can do low and slow with ease, or crank it up and do hot and fast grilling. It holds temps amazingly well, gets to temperature quite quickly. The only drawbacks I can see are: 1: it does use quite a bit of charcoal. 2: you can't snuff out the charcoal after a cook, what you load you burn. Note: I didn't purchase from Amazon, but a local garden centre who built it for me, so can't comment on assembly.

I waited until I had used this grill a few times to write the review. For the price this is a fantastic grill. It works exactly as described in many on line videos and I'm very pleased with it. Assembly was time consuming, but everything fits it's just that there's so much to it. However, once done, you don't have to do it again, just buy some charcoal and enjoy. The app connected quickly and once linked with wifi, connects as soon as I plug it in. It's an interesting cross between a regular charcoal grill and a smoker and functions well as either. I'm very glad I purchased it!

This was the best grill I've ever owned until it started being off with the temp, which got worse after every session. The grill now is 200° off and wifi has stopped working. Reached out to masterbuilt, they responded quickly asking for my model number which I provided... now crickets. I've emailed a few more times with no response. I can't recommend this grill with such poor customer service. Update... it's been a month with no response 😕
