I started taking these to help with night sweats. I started to notice an improvement after about two weeks. They also help relax me and have aided in improving my sleep. Pills are not hug and easy to swallow.

I was on hormone replacement therapy for years to keep the hot flashes at bay. I finally had to go off HRT for health reasons. I am 75 years old and have had severe hot flashes for 25 years. No results for the first 2 weeks but then I started getting the hot flashes less often and now they are weaker & more short-lived. I will be ordering a second bottle and am just so grateful to have found this help. UPDATE 3-31-2026: This product has been fabulous for me. However, I do need to take more than the recommended dosage. Every body is different, so listen to yours. Also, it is not an overnight fix. Apparently, it needs a little time so be patient.

So today is day 1 since it was delivered today, smells like maple syrup which is strange, but let’s see if this works, will give a week and update my review.

I've been taking them for a week and so far I feel good I was having trouble at bedtime but from day 1 I was able have some good deep sleep without waking up in the middle of the night

The smell of this supplement is so bad I went back to my pill-minder and took every one of these pills out. It left its smell, however, so I have six weeks worth of pills contaminated by the smell. It smells like vitamin B complex. If you put it in your hand, your hand will stink. I had taken another product by Life Extension that had this smell also. I still had the bottle so I compared that one with this one and the only ingredient they had in common was the Chaste Tree Extract. I do take another product by Life Extension for my menopause symptoms that does not have this ingredient. I'm glad I now know which ingredient to avoid. I cannot comment on how well it works because I only took it twice so it may be helpful to women if they can get past the smell.
