I love my sauna!! I use it almost everyday. I started out going in it for 10 minutes then worked my way to 60 minutes. It's spacious. I put a chair in my sauna. I pour buckets of sweat so I don't always want to stand. It was super easy to out together and set up the water tank. Sometimes I put essential oil in the water to give a more relaxing effect while I'm sweating. It's a relaxing experience. There is a pocket on the inside for whatever you need. I usually keep a sweat rag an the my pocket along with my gua sha stone. It also come with a remote. There are windows on both side if you need to release some of the humid air. This is definitely worth the purchase.

Really nice portable sauna at an affordable price. It feels that the materials used areof a nice thick quality, great seam work, heats and holds the heat nicely. Setup pretty easy and straight forward. Wish there was a better way to clean the chair. But still an great investment!

I know that saunas can help relieve muscle sorness, especially after working out. This portable sauna seemed to be a good option, especially since real saunas are bulky and very expensive. This sauna works well for what it is. Assembly is easy, but the instructions are not good at all. They just tell you how to put the main panels on there, but neglect to say you need to assemble the frame first. It's not rocket science, but at minimum the instructions should have that in there. It took like 3 minutes to assemble the whole thing. The material is fine and is ok for what it is. The sauna is tall enough for someone under 6ft to stand, but if you're taller than 6 ft, you'll need to bend down a bit getting in and out. The foldable chair feels sturdy and is small enough to provide seating for most. The actual unit that generates the steam is ok. You just put water in it, and turn it on. The other part sits inside the sauna, but tends to flip since the supplied plastic pipes are a bit harder and where they are hooked up to, rotates. Once on, it generates decent amount of steam and does get decently hot. The main downside is that you can't adjust the temp up and down while inside. They include a remote with this, but you have to point directly at the unit to get it to work. That doesn't work when you're inside. So you just need to set it and then get in and have someone else adjust if needed. For what it is, it works and if you want to add a sauna to any room, this works well.

Making use of a suana from the privacy of your own home is great, but what about after you use it? Well, storage for this thing is not optimal, you can put the poles together but there's nothing keeping them from being misplaced or lost; no tote bag, sleeve, or anything to store bits and pieces to shelf away for another time. I live in an already cluttered house and am reluctant to set this back up. I put everything in a giant plastic bin and shut the lid to keep it protected for future use. Besides the storage issues, this thing rocks. Taking a suana from home was a foreign concept to me, I'm not particularly fond of sweating in public, so while being able to do it at home - a gift to my own physical and mental well-being. I used this for about 15-30 minutes (honestly lost track of time) then took the best cold shower of my life. I felt amazing. So while assembling it and storing this suana have their drawbacks, the major plus is using a suana to begin with. I'm just happy the concept exists and I can now take full advantage of it rather than paying $5 extra at the gym per month. 5/5
