I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered these but I have been very pleased. They taste great, are not quite as thick as some other gels and don't upset my stomach. On top of all of that they seem to provide me with the energy I need to complete my long runs. I would absolutely buy these again.

Taste is awful
Texture is average and taste is not pleasant; after taste leaves you with a sour taste in your mouth. I don’t feel any effects giving me boost for my workout.
