It gives energy and focus . Good for your heart and brain. It is pricey but it is effective

Noticed an improvement in cardiovascular health
I typically take 2 pills per day 30-45 minutes before the gym. I took a 2 month break from supplements and noticed a negative impact on my stamina during heavy cardio.
