the first one they sent was missing everything but the swing, amazon had an option for replacement and I took a risk with it, the second set came with everything I used my own ceiling hook but what they gave, the screws were the same I used and the hook looked sturdy enough the chain is a little over a meter half long, with the swing it stands a little higher off the floor, all fine the swing feels sturdy enough ive used it for a total of 3 hours now 😂 so dont take me on this the pillows, they listed it as 50x50 cm but the received one was 40x40cm, well regardless even the 50cm wouldve been too short for a comfortable sitting, id suggest getting separate 2 65x65cm pillows IF you really need one, its perfectly comfortable even without the pillows also to be noted this is more of a sitting swing than a lying swing, it doesnt lean all the way back for you to lay in
