To start, here’s my story…. Never thought I was a “heavy drinker” but I was drinking (in my mind) only a couple nightcaps. Those nightcaps consisted of 3-4 glasses of whisky. My glasses were FILLED. This equated to a half gallon every couple days. I wanted to slow/stop but couldn’t fall asleep without a drink. Would wake up sweating if I “had a slow night” waking up with a twitch or shake. If this describes what you are dealing with continue on reading. I’ve read the reviews and yeah, they were mixed. Here’s MY EXPERIENCE. Day 1. Took it with a smoothie because I read there was a funny taste in about a third of the reviews. I didn’t notice any change in flavor of my smoothie. Still had a nightcap. Not 3 just 1. Day 2. Decided to try it in a bottle of water. Had a slight “medicine flavor masked with a fruity artificial taste”. Reading the instructions says to have a second tablet 1 hr prior to drinking. Tried that and poured a nightcap. Didn’t want to finish that drink. First for me! Day 3 - now. Mixing tablet in the morning with water and the taste has changed to “not bad not good” just (it is what it is) if that makes sense. I haven’t had a drink since and even went on a 5 day vacation to a warm tropical spot. No cravings, no desire. No judgement with those around me who were drinking. The cost was a bit of a concern. But 3-4 1/2 gal bottles of whisky a week more than covers it. I can remember what it’s like to sleep sober. I don’t have any weird shakes when trying to do small tedious tasks that require focus and stability. I’m not medical, I’m just a guy who likes to work with my hands and it requires steady hands. If you’re ready for a change in behaviors and habits, this will help. You need to be ready and really want change. Funny side story on this. I didn’t tell anyone I was doing this. One week into this, my wife asked me what’s up. I told her and she was amazed that I JUST STOPPED COLD TURKEY. It’s definitely something YOU have to want for YOU. Seems to control cravings for alcohol, vaping and sweets. Certainly has the ingredients for control and serotonin boosters, but label doesn't show the quantity of each, just 'proprietary blend'. Taste isn't great, I mix it with a lemonade sports drink (no sugar), which helps. Price is steep, but it does seem to help to control urges to splurge.

I decided to try this product after reading the comments. I figured, best case scenario it works; worst case, I’m no worse off for trying. So far, I am very happy with this product. The taste isn’t terrible. I wouldn’t go buy cans of it for fun, but tastes good enough, and it does seem to curb my impulse/craving to drink. It’s not completely gone, but it helps. Drinking is a hard habit to break. My one downside is that it sometimes makes me feel a bit tired/dizzy in the morning. I am reluctant to drink it before work. It’s possible I just don’t eat enough in the morning. It’s supposed to be used after a meal. I will continue to use this product. I hope for continued improvement. Update: I have been using this product for 3 weeks now. The first week took some getting used to. It’s an acquired taste. I also thought it made me feel a bit dizzy in the morning. After three weeks, I find myself getting exited to finish dinner and have my “after dinner blue fizzy drink!” Obviously, nothing short of re-wiring my brain will completely make me not want to drink at times, but this product really does a good job to curb that desire to reach for the bottle.

I payed $20 for a 10 day supply or less than 10 day and 1 extra if I drank…. This is the second time i purchased it because I thought I didn’t give the first batch enough time. It did nothing for me except upset my stomach and make me feel really weird the first time I took it. The directions say take in the am … I work night shift and j would never take this before work because of how it made me feel. I decided a bedtime take . Took it again and again , nothing happed like the first time lucky. But it also had no effect on my “want to drink” or help curve my drinking . For those it helps great but me , absolutely nothing . $40 gone and now trying other products because 1) price point is too much for what I can afford and after attempting on a second purchase and no affect not worth my money . 2) the directions say a glass of water , that can mean 8/16/20 ounces….. I tried all 3 having only one experience which was my first which was negative… and I still tried using it with only 8 ounces because usually that’s the amount desired on tables that dissolve in water. I’m just completely unhappy with this product and upset I spent almost 20 days and $40 on this …. Like I said for you ppl that it works great give everyone else ideas on how you use it or even tell how much water you use to dissolve it and your frequency …. For me this honestly is a NO

This works! I still drink, but I can have a glass and be done with it. I'm drinking two glasses a day, and I think the electrolytes and cleanser are giving me some mental clarity. It tastes okay. Right now I'm thinking I'll be using this daily for a long time. I feel healthy and I don't crave alcohol, but I can still have a drink when I want one.

While I did find this to be effective to drink less if at all, it is cost prohibitive and also has a very weird taste. If you have drank the colonoscopy prep, it tastes a lot like that. This weird salty unpleasant taste. Perhaps if mixed with some juice such as cranberry, it would mask that saltiness a bit.

I bought these for my nephew to help with his alcohol cravings and they do help so he takes them when he has cravings go alcohol.
