My review is almost word for word what Mj m submitted!! I mainly purchased these to make hard boiled eggs without the white protein yoke anchors. I spray the inside of each one and poured the egg white and yolk in, secured the top and placed it in the ring in the boiling water. I had absolutely no problem getting the eggs out. I pretty much turned them over and most of the time they slid right out. And if not, I gave a very slight squeeze and there they were. The silicone egg cups clean out easily, and I would highly recommend this product!!

Not a saver time. You have to cook your eggs around 15 to 20 min after water is boiling. It's really hard to clean. I spent more time cleaning and washing the pots than cooking the eggs. Hard to put the eggs out of the pods. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!! NOT ESY TO USE, NOT EASY TO CLEAN, NO TIME SAVER !!!

The item was just ok. The first time I used this item it tipped over and some of the contents spilled into the water leaving a stringy mess of egg white outside the cup. The second time I used 1 egg + 1 egg beater equivalent and the equivalent worked ok and the real egg was less the soft boiled cooked. I bought these to make soft boiled eggs because I seemed to have lost the skill to make the soft boiled egg in the shell the way I use to. I used to be quite good at making soft boiled eggs in the shell. So far I have been unsuccessful at using the egg cooker to make soft boiled or hard boiled eggs. I will probably keep them as returning them means paying for shipping and that would pretty much erase the refund. I keep trying for a while and see if I can make them work. Them appear to be well made of soft silicone.

I had ordered these and then watched a video of a person who had also purchased these and he was not that impressed; my heart sank, but when I got them, I washed them, sprayed each with Pam, broke an egg into each container, put the tops on and loaded them in the rack and into the boiling water. I have since found out that 19 minutes is a perfect time to cook them. AMAZING, after I let them cool a bit, I placed an inverted container between my thumb and middle finger and pressed the bottom with my index finger, and out it popped. SO EXCITED. My family loves deviled eggs and my "family recipe" for potato salad. On holidays, I will cook as many as 24 eggs at a time. I have to plan the timing, as when the eggs are done, they needed to be drained, rolled around in the pot to crack them and then place them in an ice bath before peeling. Everything else I was doing in the kitchen had to stop until this was done AND there was no guarantee the eggs would easily peel - I never knew! I took a leap of faith in purchasing these and I am SO happy I did. I have used them several times and its the same every time. I have purchased 2 sets for me and 1 for my Daughter. Really, my life is easier with this big help in the kitchen. I like to have a boiled egg in my lunch box for work and my husband likes to have a boiled egg for a snack. What I did was let them cook in the containers and then place them in the frig for the taking (after cooling a bit at room temp). Works great! I am very, very happy. I also received an email from the seller giving me a little hint as to how to make the cleaning easier; I turn them inside out and place them on the top rack of my dishwasher - they come out sparking clean and ready to use. If I have to wash something by hand, then I probably will not buy it or use it. Whoever thought this up - THANKS SO MUCH!!

These work great. The eggs stay upright while they boil. If you oil the cups, the eggs slide out with just a squeeze.

I purchased this because i really love the portability & taste of hardboiled eggs, but prefer egg whites and usually throw the yolks away so i waste most of the egg. Solution? Hardboil just the egg-whites! Problem? Cleaning. I've used these things 10 times now, and even with different oils or liberal amounts of food-spray there is always egg that sticks and is hard to clean off. The egg is never the right consistency of a hard-boiled egg either, its always soft-mushy or falling apart because it ripped off some to leave stuck to the plastic.

We would use and eat more hard boiled eggs, but peeling farm eggs wastes a ton of the egg white. I read a lot of the reviews for this product and purchased 2 so I could be boiling 6 and prepping the next 6. Following one of the reviews, I used my finger to spread the oild in the cups. I boiled the eggs for 16 min. I squeezed out the first egg and it was ok but left some of the white stuck to the pod. I used the included spoon on all the others and it worked like a charm! Following another review I turned the pods inside out to wash. A couple dried a tiny bit of egg white film - easy to scrape off or wash again. My son looks forward to making some one bite omelets. Only con so far is that two of the caps seem like they're melted in one spot, but it didn't affect the ability to seal and use. Two of the lids

I hate peeling eggs, but I love boiled eggs. This is the best thing ever! Easy to use and can even make mini omelettes! Not sure what the spoon is for since they pop out really easily (if you oil the silicone well). Make sure to wash before use!!! Also idk why people are rating this badly. Literally used this right when I got since the instructions were Easy to understand. There are three parts to the egg thing (minus the stand): the silicone, a lip, and screw on lid. I know some said the lids were hard to put together, but you got make sure the silicone is pulled through the lip so it doesn't leak or is too difficult to screw together.

I finally had a chance to try out this hard boiled egg cooker & couldn’t be happier! I don’t understand any negative reviews… Unless people are just not using the oil or cooking spray as the instructions state! This is a must. I used the cooking spray fairly generously & prepped my eggs (I like to remove the white stringy thing that holds the yolk in place (chalazae) which is the main reason I wanted this apparatus! Although it is just egg white protein and shows a good quality healthy egg the more visible it is. (I googled it!!) I get rid of it!!) Just before adding the raw egg to the oiled silicone cup with the collar attached, I used my finger to move the spray oil that had settled to the bottom around the silicone cup again…secure the lid turning to tighten making sure the lid is closed properly in the grooves not lopsided at all (don’t want water to get in) Place the cups in the holder, making sure the open slots in the egg cup holder are visable so that when you give the cup a turn the slightly protruding edge of the collar slides into the open slots on each hole of the cup holder securing the silicone cup in place so they don’t float out of the holder while in boiling water. I boiled for 16 minutes removed lids and popped these babies out with no problem whatsoever! The 1st couple I pressed on the bottom but found I didn’t really have to do that- just turned upside down and the cooked egg basically slid out with very little urging! I certainly didn’t need to use a spoon or utensil to get out and absolutely none of the eggs stuck. All 6 cups were clean as a whistle! The egg is a bit flatter on top than your eggs cooked in the shell but that doesn’t affect anything but appearance and I’m using mostly to make scotch eggs but wouldn’t hesitate to try deviled eggs - the yolk isn’t completely center though but I’m sure I can figure something out!! Very happy with this purchase!! Ordering one for my daughter now 🙂 pictured are the finished eggs and the cups after eggs taken out & scotch eggs😝

Really happy so far it works well both in a saucepan of water and in the microwave.

I really wanted to like this thing but it is not worth the money. Even with the holder the “pods” float up and tip over. I think I’d rather struggle with trying to peel hard boiled eggs

Not the best product but does the jobs still very well.
