Why is there caramel in this?

It is there purely for colouring

This is described as "antiseptic disinfectant" but it just says "antiseptic" on the bottle . is it still a disinfectant too?

Do dettol do 4lt or 5 lt bottles.

I have never seen them in the Supermarket in 4 or 5 litre bottles. Their contact number is: 0333 2005 345 it's best to call them and ask just in case they do!

Can i disinfect beard trimmer with Dettol?

I probably would use the Disinfectant sprays made for Disinfecting Beard Trimmers. But if it was just for the plastic guards, then I don't see why not. Probably would have to wipe off afterwards though because a slight whitish residue can be left behind.
