Several members of my family relate to owls and I love to create new and fun owl-like items. I have just discovered preprinted cross stitch kits and am in love with stitching again. I cannot explain how many kits I have regifted or donated because I cannot follow the complicated charts. These instructions are easy to follow, made with DMC thread so I can use skeins from my vast collection and are perfectly shaded. I would need to give up on charts with four shades of the same color because I was not able to follow the symbols on the chart. The best part is the finished product with your fabric printed looks amazing. I am hooked. Thank you. Marilyn Herrick

This design was for a gift for a child that loves owls. The kit looks very simple to make. Simple enough for an old enough child with adult supervision to learn how to cross stitch and improve motor skills, instead of being always on an electronic device. No need for counting, just follow stitch key/guide to know where each thread color goes. After completed in its entirety, it can be rinsed to remove the water soluble ink.

Beautiful pattern and easy to do. Only issues I have is the Egyptian Cotton Floss is Horrible. It tangles up terribly and knots up horribly no matter the length and how much you do to prevent it from happening. I also was not given enough floss thread in ALL the Colors to complete the pattern. That's why I gave it 3 stars and not 5. If the floss was of better quality and I was given enough floss in all the colors to complete the pattern I would have given 5 stars.

I am doing this as a surprise for a friend that loves owls. I was so happy to find this in your store. It’s fun and easy to use comes with 2 quality needles and all the thread it’s a great kit. I am not a beginner but this is so easy a must try for any beginner or pro!

Although I returned this cross stitch there was nothing wrong with it.It is a very nice pattern. My problem was that the material was way too stiff and required a loom and I only had hoops. I still recommend the cross stitch as I know it would have been a very nice gift and very easy for beginners. Thank you.
