This chair is not strong. It's been 15 days of use and one of the legs is bent and not safe.

Its an Ok product, just meets basic needs to use bedside commode
One of the rubber bush is sliding on and off easily. Click mechanism for adjusting height of the commode is not easy, have to push the pin harder with 2 thumb! Overall the product is fair, haven't used it yet. It doesn't go over the western commode! The packaging was Ok, cardboard used was so cheap with no cushioning to support the item. Its just inserted to a cardboard box and shipped. Very typical of poor customer service of how things work in India.

Easy to use, sturdy, and attractive appearance
I bought this for a family member. The seat was very simple to assemble, serves the dual purpose of a higher commode for my family member and for bathing. The blue colour is pleasing. The use of non-corrosive stainless steel is excellent. We are very happy with this chair.

It's quite STURDY. Very important because Elderly persons /Sick persons use it.
The product is sturdy. Whether the steel will RUST or not I don't know. It's too early to review
