No smell, looks like a plant manure Apsom Salt
Not sure if it is the same product what it is meant for. Looks like apsom salt. No smell at all. Don't know how it works without any smell. What I know, such chemicals have strong smell that disturb creepers and prohibits them to enter house. Regarding this product, I am skeptical.

Human repellent not snake repellent
I won't recommend this product. It is in high odour(may be sulphur) not to be used in houses. It will make you dizzy. Don't go for it. It is not snake repellent it is human repellent. Don't buy it.

Apparently an inferior product delivered.
This product differs from the previous item I had purchased from Amazon. The present product is not like powder but like sugar granules and lacks the scent that is supposed to repel snakes. Using the same name, the seller has sent a product that differs both in appearance and scent. I am quite doubtful about the efficacy of this compared to my previous purchases.
