I've loved their Dream patches, but for whatever reason, melatonin isn't my fav. These Slumber patches, without the melatonin, are great. Love having another option. They help me fall asleep just as easily, and I wake up clear-headed and refreshed. Super simple to use, and the sustained release keeps me asleep through the night. Perfect if you’re looking for a natural solution.

EDIT: I came back to my review to add this: Given that I felt these were okay for relaxing but so-so on getting me to sleep, I had the thought that warmth may help the ingredients to be absorbed. Well let me tell you, I ran fairly hot water on my wrist and made sure it was thoroughly dry before slapping on one of these patches. Man, what a difference. I couldn't even get through my usual nightly tablet game because I couldn't keep my eyes open. And I had to unfortunately get up early this morning (for me anyway), and I did NOT want to get up because I was dreaming. If you struggle with good sleep, you'll appreciate that getting REM in can be surprising and so, so welcome.So trust me, when you're washing up your wrist before applying this, make your water pretty warm-hot. You won't regret the difference that makes!As someone who struggles to fall asleep, I'm always on the lookout for new items to help me in finding essential, restorative rest. I was pleased to find these patches, because they are a non-pill alternative. At times I've wondered if taking XYZ tablets to sleep gets to be overkill and perhaps just cancels itself out before it does any good. Of course I don't know if that's true, but it is wonderful to have a patch alternative.It is particularly great for me because with an upcoming procedure, I don't know if it's going to affect the way I can handle pills in terms of swallowing or how my newly rerouted stomach will handle them - so hooray for patches!I love that these are USA Origin and formulated without parabens or sulfates. You have to be careful with transdermal ingredients, and these set my mind at ease.Okay, okay - but do they work? Well, that's going to depend on your personal struggles with sleep. What I can say is that for me, they seemed to help me RELAX, which is always helpful. I won't say that they OMG zonked me out, which isn't what I was seeking anyway. But they work well enough that for sure I will repurchase based on my upcoming needs. They come out to about $3 per patch which may sound expensive, but look at it this way... if people can spend over that price for a jolt of caffeine from a coffee shop to wake up, why not spend that much to help you get to sleep?

The patches stay on all night but I don't sleep any better!

You slap it on and somehow it works, you can fall asleep more easily.

The packaging was clean and calming and the patch itself felt soft and flexible, not like those sticky things that tug at your skin, and I barely noticed it was on once I stuck it behind my ear. I liked that it had L-theanine, magnesium, and tart cherry extract because those all sounded like ingredients that work with your body rather than forcing sleep like a knockout pill and honestly I just needed help calming the mental noise without losing an entire morning to sleep hangover. The first night I used it I felt this subtle wave of relaxation within about half an hour, nothing dramatic, but more like my thoughts slowed down enough for me to finally stop refreshing social media and just breathe. I drifted off without realizing it which is rare for someone like me who usually has to bargain with sleep for at least an hour and I woke up feeling like I’d actually rested instead of having that wired exhausted feeling. What surprised me the most was how refreshed I felt the next day even though I got the same number of hours, it just felt deeper somehow. Now I keep a couple by my bed and I use them on those nights where I know my brain’s going to fight me and it feels like a quiet, low effort way to give myself permission to actually rest without adding one more pill or routine to my already cluttered life.

They were really a waste of money they did nothing.
