Bought and got in to a big ditch (warranty not valid In uae)
I bought one and now got in to ditch! It's shipped from India and does not cover warranty in middle east!! The ram failed within 1 month of usage and now I cannot get warranty in UAE. Hope Amazon.ae may help me.

works as expected. However, had to hire a "windows expert" to get this set up the way I wanted it set up and to move everything from an older windows PC. There are many default windows settings that really need to be set up and managed correctly (lots of privacy issues/settings) Great PC but needs proper setup, refresh, and updates

Solid and reliable Laptop
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this Laptop. In fact, this was by far the easiest time I've ever had setting up a new computer. It appears to be solid for everything so far. It loads fast, handles multiple windows and interactions between without issue. I am familiar with Lenovo brand from work and always relied on performance which never disappoints. I can recommend this Laptop without reservation. Great for work from home with a dedicated plug - in for headset and a manual slider for camera off/on. After setup, I recommend optimizing your storage in settings after setup. There is plenty of room and once organized, it speeds up a lot. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I believe that it is reserved for outstanding product or performance. Right now, I am using it for basic operation and personal use. But there is no doubt in my mind that it will live up to just about anything I will need it for in the future and considering the cost, it is well worth it. Which is why I bought it and fully recommend.
