I love this burger press! Perfect size for an 8" frying pan, and perfect weight to keep burgers from curling up while they cook. I haven't done smash burgers yet, but I'm sure it will work great for that as well.The handle is awesome! Good grip, easy to hold, feels good in your hand and doesn't get hot.Easy to wash and not hassles like with cast iron. Which I just can't stand the smell of cast iron, which is why I ordered this stainless-steel press - no odor and no need to season it over and over.I do put bacon grease on it just before I set it on a burger, otherwise it sticks. I also heat it the same time I heat my pan, works great that way.Packaged extremely well, so it arrives in perfect condition. I was impressed by the high quality to the packaging and then by the high quality of the actual product. Will buy again - would make a great gift.

Heavy duty, very comfortable handle. Keep in mind, they recommend not to leave it under the closed lid.

Purchased this for the sole purpose of getting a tool to rule the tailgate smash burger game. It delivered. worked perfectly with the griddle transfer of energy. It did not stick to the meat and there was absolutely no heat transfer to my hand even though it was too hot to handle between burgers, it felt cool on the grip.Tested leaving it on griddle and there was still no heat transfer. I would recommend this product for anyone looking to up their griddle game. The packaging is in a cool box which I saved to store it in my tailgate gear.

Well construct tool. Heavy and easy to smash burgers.Using a spatula or whatever else was handy got old. This press allows you to apply the pressure. The handle unscrews for cleaning. I like it.

Weight is just enough. It is easy to handle and clean.

This may technically have been user error; but, I kept this to the side of my blackstone to use with the burgers I was cooking. The heat melted the handle on top and I burnt my hand pretty good picking it up.I have a cast iron press I use which I leave in the same location and have never burnt my hand using that one; but, this material definitely held the heat more than cast iron and it did give some on the handle.
